Definitions you can hold us to
Every number in salon360 has one published definition, used identically on every dashboard and report. When a definition changes, the change is dated in Patch Notes.
- Member
- An active or suspended membership — notice given still counts until it's up.
- Utilization
- Appointment hours ÷ scheduled hours, per stylist who worked.
- Converted
- A lead who completed a visit — booked isn't converted yet.
- Rebooking
- Visits with the next appointment booked on or before visit day.
- Retention
- Clients who return to the same stylist within the maturity window.
- Visit
- An appointment the client actually attended — not just booked.
