Cross-Center Redemption (CCR)
Cross-Center Redemption (CCR) tracks members who use their membership credit at a salon other than their home location. Because a member's credit "belongs" to the salon that sold it, a cross-center visit needs to be reconciled between the two salons involved.
Every cross-center visit has two legs:
- In — a visiting member is served at your salon, and their home salon's credit is burned to pay for it.
- Out — one of your own members is served at another salon, and your salon's credit is burned to pay for it.
CCR reporting exists so that salons can see both sides of this — who they served on behalf of other locations, and where their own members went — and reconcile the credit value between salons accordingly.
How it's calculated
For The Lash Lounge, the credit's value for CCR purposes is its pre-tax value: the amount paid minus the tax on the items it paid for. This keeps the reconciliation based on the actual service value rather than inflating it with tax that doesn't belong to either salon.
The value is the membership credit applied to the visit, as recorded in Zenoti. A redemption counts on the day the invoice closed, on closed invoices only, and the home studio is the one that sold the member's current membership. This is the same definition as the Membership redeemed (cross center) column on the Zenoti Business KPI report, so the two agree for any month.
CCR applies only where shared membership credit is sold — The Lash Lounge and Frenchies. Bishops doesn't sell memberships, so shops don't have cross-center redemptions.
