Full Sets & Starter Full Sets
These definitions are used everywhere full sets appear: Systemwide Data, Systemwide (All), Monthly Salon Metrics and the Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard.
Full sets are a Lash Lounge measure. Bishops shops and Frenchies studios don't do full sets, so these columns don't apply to them.
What counts as a full set
A full set is an attended visit for a full-set service: regular full sets, Starter Full Sets, member full sets ("Full Set for Active Member") and Mega Volume full sets. Cancelled and training appointments don't count.
These aren't full sets:
- Consultations ("Lash Extension Consultation", "Eyelash Consultation").
- Redo Full Set.
- Add-on services. A full-set add-on is not a full set.
- Other services filed with full sets that aren't one, such as Eyelash Removal.
The price of a full set is what was paid for the pricing option used on that visit.
Total Full Sets
Total Full Sets (Monthly Salon Metrics and the Weekly Flash Leaderboard: Full Sets) counts how many non-members had a paying full set in the period, whether or not it was their first.
- Paying: at least $1 was paid for it. Free sets don't count.
- Non-member: the client wasn't a member at any point in the 30 days before the day of the full set. A guest who gets their full set and joins on the same day still counts.
Starter Full Sets
A Starter Full Set (SFS) is a client's first-ever full set at the salon, when it was paid more than $89. Each client counts once, in the period their first full set falls in.
What counts
- A client's first full set, whatever it was booked as. A first full set booked as a regular full set still counts.
- Clients who came in before for something else. A guest whose first visit was a lash lift, tint or brow service counts when they get their first full set.
- Members. A client who was already a member when they got their first full set still counts.
What doesn't count
- A first full set paid $89 or less, such as a promotional set. That client never counts as a Starter Full Set, because no later full set is their first.
- A client who has had a full set at the salon before. Their later full sets can count in Total Full Sets, not in Starter Full Sets.
- Repeat or mis-booked "Starter Full Set" appointments. An appointment booked under the Starter Full Set service for a client who has had a full set before doesn't count. The booking name doesn't decide it; the client's first full set does.
SFS member conversion
New Members from SFS (Monthly Salon Metrics: SFS Converted Members) counts the Starter Full Set clients from the period who also became new members in the same period. SFS Member Conversion % is that count as a share of Starter Full Sets: how often a client's first full set turns into a membership.
