Front Desk Utilities overview
Front Desk Utilities is the section of salon360 built for the people running the floor. Where the Sales Dashboard looks at how the business performed, Front Desk Utilities is about today: who's coming in, who needs a call, what the last shift needs to hand off.
Frenchies studios
Frenchies teams see this section as Concierge Utilities, with a Concierge Dashboard. Same tools, Frenchies wording.
The tabs
- Front Desk Dashboard — the landing tab: KPI tiles for what needs attention today, and the action tables (with date filters and per-row actions) behind them.
- Shift Notes — daily notes and handoff communication, seeded from your salon's template and updated live for everyone viewing them.
- Feedback — the Client Feedback & Redo Tracker: log guest feedback and redos, filter the log, and export it to CSV.
- Clipboard / Wait List — every list the desk keeps, in one place: waitlists for openings (a sensitivities list, a specific stylist, training services) and interest lists for a new service, a promo or gift cards, with each call logged. Not available at Bishops or Frenchies, where Zenoti runs its own waitlist.
- Adhesive Log — track numbered supplies checked out to stylists, a missing-entries panel, and an inventory snapshot. Adhesive bottles at The Lash Lounge; colour tubes at Bishops, where it's called the Color Log. Not offered at Frenchies.
