Marketing Analytics overview

The Marketing Analytics section is where you measure whether your marketing is working — from the first inquiry all the way to a paying client.

It has four pages:

  • Marketing Health — the money view: ad spend → leads → converted clients → collections, with ROAS, cost per lead, and cost per acquired client at each step.
  • Lead Manager — every inquiry from every source in one table: who reached out, where they came from, which campaign and ad drove them, and whether they converted.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads — per-platform campaign performance: spend, clicks, leads, expandable campaign/ad tables, and audience breakdowns.

All four use the same lead list — Meta lead ads, website form fills, and tracked phone calls all flow in automatically and are deduplicated together. How that works is covered in Lead sources & attribution.

Who sees this

Marketing Analytics appears once it's turned on for your salon (ask your corporate team or DART support). It's available to corporate and admin users and to staff with the Marketing Dashboard Access permission in their staff settings (see Managing users).
