What is salon360?

salon360 — you may also see it called dart — is the management dashboard built for premium salon and spa franchises. It brings front desk operations, client relationships, revenue reporting, and salon configuration into a single place, so owners, corporate teams, and front-desk staff aren't juggling separate systems to understand how the business is doing.

Modules

salon360 is organized into a handful of core areas:

  • Sales Dashboard — the home page: Salon Health, membership management, and per-stylist production. See Sales Dashboard.
  • Front Desk — day-to-day check-in and appointment tools for salon staff, including the Clipboard / Wait List.
  • Clients — the client directory and Client 360 profiles: one page per guest with visits, spend, notes, formulas, and photos. See Clients.
  • Marketing Analytics — the Lead Manager, ad dashboards, and the Marketing Health view: where leads come from and what your ad spend actually returns. See Marketing Analytics.
  • Reports — on-demand pulls for corporate and salon leadership. See Reports.
  • Salon Settings — brand configuration, staff accounts, and permissions. See Salon Settings.
  • Admin — corporate-level tools for managing brands, salons, and system-wide settings.
Bishops shops and Frenchies studios

At Frenchies, Front Desk is called Concierge. The Clipboard / Wait List isn't available at Bishops or Frenchies, because their booking system runs its own waitlist.

One dashboard, two booking systems

Salons on the platform run their day-to-day booking on one of two systems — Mindbody for The Lash Lounge, and Zenoti for Frenchies and Bishops. salon360 brings data from both into one consistent set of dashboards and reports. Where a franchise system counts something differently, these docs flag it in a note like the one below.

Bishops shops and Frenchies studios

Screens use your franchise system's own words: Shop at Bishops and Studio at Frenchies where The Lash Lounge sees Salon (Shop Health, Studio Reports, and so on). Frenchies also counts Tickets (one checkout each) where the others count Visits.

Key concepts

A few terms come up throughout salon360. It's worth getting familiar with them early:

  • Brand — the franchise brand a salon belongs to (for example, The Lash Lounge, Frenchies, or Bishops).
  • Franchise system — the overall network a brand operates under, including its corporate structure and shared configuration. See Definitions.
  • Member — a client with an active or suspended membership. See Members & Memberships.
  • Visit — an appointment the client actually attended, as opposed to one that was simply booked. See What counts as a visit.
tip

The Definitions section is the best place to check exactly how any metric or term is calculated.
