Collections by Month
Collections by Month shows a whole franchise system's year on one page: one row per location, one column per month, and the year's total at the end. Use it to follow each location's collections month by month and to compare one year with another.
Find it in Corporate Reports under Beta. Its numbers are still being validated; double-check figures before sharing them outside your team.
Run the report
- If you have access to more than one franchise system, choose one under System. The report covers one system at a time. With one system there is nothing to choose.
- Enter the Year.
- Click Run Report.
The download button above the table saves the grid as a CSV, including the Total row.
Columns
| Column | What it shows |

| Salon | The location. |
| Owner, State, Stations | From the location's profile. A blank means the profile doesn't have it. |
| Open Date | The date the location opened, from its profile. Blank when the opening date isn't on file. |
| January to December | Collections for the month: money taken in by card, cash and other real payments, on the day it was paid. This is the same Collections figure as Systemwide Data, so a month here matches Systemwide Data run for that month. |
| Total Collections | The sum of the months shown for the location. |
The Total row at the bottom adds up every location in the table.
Notes
- A location appears in every year when it has collections, whether it is open today or has since closed, so the Total row for a past year is the whole system's total for that year. This is the same rule as Systemwide Data.
- A location that opened in 2024 isn't in the 2023 table, and a location that closed in 2024 isn't in the 2025 table.
- A blank month means no collections were recorded: the location wasn't open yet, or the month hasn't started. A blank is never a $0 month.
- For the current year, the month in progress runs through the date shown beside Collections through above the table.
- A month can be negative when refunds were larger than the money taken in.
- Bishops Cuts / Color figures begin in 2024.
Who sees this
Available to corporate and admin users, for the franchise systems they have access to (The Lash Lounge, Bishops Cuts / Color and Frenchies), like everything in Corporate Reports.
