Franchisee Prospects

Franchisee Prospects builds the guest list corporate marketing uses for franchise-referral outreach: people who already love the brand enough to be worth asking whether they'd like to own a location.

Bishops shops and Frenchies studios

Franchisee Prospects covers The Lash Lounge only. Bishops and Frenchies guests aren't included.

A guest appears once — one row per email address — when all of the following are true for the date range you run:

  • They had a completed visit at an active The Lash Lounge location in the window.
  • Their profile has a valid email address.
  • They are opted into marketing emails.
  • They paid at least the Min Spend amount in the window, and at least the Min Lifetime Spend amount over their history if one is set.

Finding it: open Corporate Reports in the sidebar, pick the Marketing section, and click View Report on the Franchisee Prospects card.

Running the report

Pick a start and end date — it defaults to the trailing 12 months — set Min Spend, and click Run Report. The report covers every active Lash Lounge location systemwide; there's no location picker.

Min Spend is the least a guest must have paid in the date range to be on the list. It opens at $1,000. Type any dollar amount to make the list shorter or longer, or enter 0 (or clear the box) for no minimum. Min Lifetime Spend is a second, optional minimum on what the guest has paid over their whole history. It opens blank, meaning none. When you set it, a guest must meet both minimums — for example, at least $1,000 in the date range and at least $5,000 over their lifetime — so you can pick out long-standing guests who are also spending now.

A line above the results states the minimums the list was run with, and the download is that same list.

Larger windows take a little longer to load; the results fill in as soon as they're ready.

Columns

ColumnWhat it shows
First NameThe guest's first name.
EmailTheir email address, in lowercase. Each email appears once, so a guest who visits several locations is listed only once.
SalonThe location of their most recent visit in the window.
Date of Last ServiceThe date of that most recent service.
Spend in RangeWhat the guest paid in the date range for services and memberships, across the locations they visited in it. This is the amount Min Spend applies to, and the list is sorted by it, highest first.
Lifetime SpendWhat the guest has paid for services and memberships over their whole history at those same locations — the same figure as Spend on Lifetime Value of Member.

Both dollar columns count money actually paid — card, cash and bank payments, before sales tax, with tips and card convenience fees left out — the same way collections are counted on the Sales Dashboard. Membership dues count when they are paid. A gift card, deposit or payment on account counts when the guest pays for it, and the service it later covers adds nothing, so the same money is never counted twice. A member's visits paid with membership credit therefore show up as their dues, not as separate amounts.

The KPIs above the table show Total Guests and Salons Represented for the window. Both always count the entire list, even when the table below them is showing only part of it.

Marketing opt-in comes from the guest's notification preference in the point-of-sale system. Guests who have not opted into promotional email are excluded, and guests whose records are deleted are excluded.

The list is a point-in-time snapshot — re-run it before each send rather than reusing an old export, so anyone who has since opted out drops off.

Reading the table

A run over a wide window can return more guests than are worth drawing on screen. When that happens the table shows the first 5,000 guests and a note above it says how many there are in total — for example, the first 5,000 of 20,000 guests. The cap applies only to what is on screen: the KPIs, and the download, still cover everyone.

Exporting

The download button above the table gives you the complete list as a CSV — all 20,000 guests in the example above, not the 5,000 on screen. Corporate sends this list quarterly.

The download link is generated fresh each time you click it and is good for five minutes, which is long enough to save the file. If you leave the report open and come back to it later, click download again.
