Reports

Beyond the live Sales Dashboard, salon360 offers a set of on-demand reports for corporate and salon leadership — deeper pulls you generate for a specific brand and date range when you need them.

The Reports section of the sidebar is split into three areas:

  • Draft Reports — the internal report library for authorized users; each card's Generate button runs the report inline.
  • Salon Reports — reports for your own locations, grouped into Sales, Staff Performance, Members, and Legacy sections, with Favorites. Open to anyone with reporting access at a location that has Reports turned on, as well as corporate and admin users; it lists only the reports built for the selected location's franchise system.
  • Corporate Reports — cross-location reports for corporate and admin users. Each card's View Report button opens the report, which offers a date range, brand and franchise-system pickers, a Run Report button, and CSV export. Results appear in a sortable table you can review on screen or export. Several reports appear in more than one area — new reports start life in Draft Reports, where they're QA'd internally, and are promoted to Salon Reports or Corporate Reports once vetted. The report itself is the same wherever you run it.
Bishops shops and Frenchies studios

At Bishops, Salon Reports is called Shop Reports and lists Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Shop Metrics, Revenue by Employee and Call Log. At Frenchies it is called Studio Reports and lists Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Studio Metrics, Revenue by Employee, Call Log and the Member Report. The Legacy reports (Package Performance, Franchise CCR, Gift Card Report, Lifetime Value of Member) are for The Lash Lounge only.

Available reports

This is the full catalogue, not your personal menu

The table below lists every report in the platform, across all three areas. Which of them you can actually open depends on your access — most people see a subset, and that's expected. A Lash Lounge location manager with reporting access, for example, sees only the Salon Reports — Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, Revenue by Employee, Call Log, Member Report, Package Performance, Franchise CCR, Gift Card Report, and Lifetime Value of Member — and nothing else here. Use the Where it lives column to tell whether a report is missing or simply isn't yours to run.

Who can access reports

Each area has its own gate — there's no single "reports" permission that opens all three:

AreaWho gets in
Salon ReportsShown when a Lash Lounge, Bishops Cuts / Color or Frenchies location is selected (Shop Reports at Bishops, Studio Reports at Frenchies), listing only the reports built for that system. Corporate and admin users can open it; everyone else needs reporting access at a location that has Reports turned on. Data is limited to your own locations.
Corporate ReportsCorporate and admin users only. Reporting access on its own does not open this area — location leadership uses Salon Reports instead.
Draft ReportsPlatform admins only. Corporate, corporate-admin, and salon users cannot access this internal staging area.

On top of that, reports tied to one franchise system's data only appear for users whose access includes that system, and a few reports are further restricted to specific authorized users — where that applies, it's called out on the report's own page.

If a report you expected isn't showing up, check which area it lives in above before assuming it's gone.

note

Reports are generated on demand from live data, so the numbers reflect the moment you run them. Re-running the same report later can show different results as new appointments, payments, and memberships come in.
