Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard
The Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard serves the numbers behind the Friday flash leaderboard: one row per Lash Lounge location for the date range you pick, with each measure the franchise business coaches rank, and a rank column beside each one. Sort by any rank column, or export the CSV and build the Top 5 from it.
It covers The Lash Lounge only. Bishops and Frenchies locations aren't included.
Find it in Corporate Reports under Beta. It moved there from Draft Reports for the franchise business coaches' review, so its numbers are still being validated; double-check figures before sharing them outside your team. Pick a date range (month-to-date by default) and click Run Report. Every row is a location in The Lash Lounge system; ranks are competition ranks across the rows returned, so tied locations share a rank and the next rank is skipped.
Columns
| Column | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Package Sales $ | Package money paid by card or cash in the range, net of refunds. A sale counts on the day it was sold; a refund to a card or in cash counts on the day it was processed. A package paid with a gift card or account credit adds nothing, and a credit traded in for account credit doesn't reduce it. Aftercare and New Member kits are retail, not packages. |
| Full Sets | Full-set services performed in the range, the same figure as Systemwide Data's Total Full Sets. Only paying full sets for clients who weren't members in the 30 days before count; see what counts as a full set. |
| Starter Full Sets | Clients whose first-ever full set at the salon fell in the range and was paid more than $89, the same figure as Systemwide Data's Starter Full Sets. See Starter Full Sets. |
| New Members | Members whose membership started in the range, who still held it at the end of the range, and who had no membership that ended in the 12 months before. See what counts as a new member. |
| Lead Conversion % (90d) | Of the marketing leads that arrived in the 90 days ending on the range end date, the share whose client went on to a paid visit. Shown blank, not 0%, when a location has no leads in the window. Leads (90d) and Converted (90d) show the counts behind it. |
| Lash Passes | Lash Passes sold in the range and paid for by card, cash or gift card, less passes refunded to a card or in cash during the range. A pass paid entirely with account credit, or given free, isn't counted, so a pass a guest trades in and buys again with the credit is counted once. |
| Retail Revenue / Retail % | Retail sold however it was paid, excluding tax, and retail sales ÷ service sales (the Sales Dashboard's Retail %), the same figures as Systemwide Data. |
| Members | Members at the end of your range. For a range ending in a past month, the members who paid dues that month, were not on hold on its last day, and held a membership or were between memberships with the next one already signed; for a range ending in the current month, the members who are Active today. The same figure as Active Members in Monthly Salon Metrics, Systemwide Data and the Sales Dashboard. |
| Future Member Appointments / Appts per Member | Upcoming appointments booked by today's Active members, and appointments per member. Both are about today, whatever range you pick, so the ratio divides by today's member count. This is the same calculation as the Sales Dashboard's future-appointments-per-member figure. |
Owner Name, FBC, City and State come from the location's profile.
Notes
- Counts (package sales, full sets, starter full sets, new members, lash passes, future appointments) show 0 for a location with nothing in the range. Lead Conversion is the exception: a location with no leads shows blank, because 0% would read as leads that never converted.
- The 90-day lead window is cut off on a single standard clock, not at each salon's local midnight, so a lead that arrives late in the evening near the range end date can fall on the other side of the cutoff. Conversions are counted as of today.
- Package Sales $ is the same figure, under the same name, as Package Sales $ on the Package Performance report, to the cent: only money paid by card or cash counts, a refund to a card or in cash reduces the period it was processed in, and no earlier period is restated.
- Lash Passes use the same rule for what counts as sold. A refund to a card or in cash reduces the period it was processed in, and a trade-in for account credit reduces nothing, so this figure can differ from the matching report in your point of sale.
- Lead Conversion is DART's own definition (marketing lead to paid visit) and is not the same as the conversion rate in the booking system's reports.
- Future Member Appointments always reflect today's book, whatever date range you run.
