Salon Settings overview
Salon Settings is where you configure how your salon looks and operates inside salon360. It covers three main areas: your brand's look and feel, who has accounts and what they can access, and which features are turned on for your brand.
Brand theme & colors
Each brand has its own color palette — applied automatically throughout the platform's navigation, buttons, charts, and highlights. The palette is configured at the franchise-system level by salon360 admins, so individual salons don't need to set this up themselves; it's consistent across every salon in a franchise system as soon as it's configured.
Staff & user management
Every person who logs into salon360 has a user account tied to a specific staff member. Salon admins (staff with the Salon Admin permission) manage these accounts — creating new logins, deactivating former staff, and setting what each person is allowed to see and do. For the step-by-step, see Managing users.
How permissions work
salon360's permission model has two layers that work together:
Per-user access toggles — control what an individual person can see once they're logged in:
- Front desk
- Sales Dashboard
- Marketing dashboard
- Reporting portal
- Salon admin
- CRM
- CRM admin
Features turned on for your salon — control which features exist for your salon at all, regardless of who's logged in:
- CRM
- Reports
- Tools
- Marketing
- Service notes (The Lash Lounge only)
Think of it as two gates: whether a feature is turned on for your salon decides whether it exists there, and the per-user toggle decides whether a specific person can use it. See Managing users for the full list of toggles and what each one unlocks.
Corporate and platform-admin access isn't one of the per-user toggles above — it comes from a person's role on the brand (corporate staff, corporate admin) and grants broad access across salons automatically, without needing every individual toggle switched on.
Tabs in Salon Settings
Salon Settings (Settings → Salon Settings) is organized into tabs:
- Staff — add and manage staff accounts. See Managing users.
- General — booking requirements and notification send times. See General settings.
- Integrations — connect CallRail and WhatConverts. See Integrations.
- Call to Rebook — customize front-desk rebooking campaigns. See Call to Rebook.
- Goals — monthly targets for collections, visits, appointments, retail %, utilization, rebooking %, and memberships, tracked on the Sales Dashboard. See Salon goals.
Corporate teams have a parallel set of tabs under Settings → Corporate Settings — see Corporate Settings.
Fleet-wide Meta Lead Ads connection health — health, alerts, and page mapping across every salon — lives in the Integrations tab of Corporate Settings (corporate/platform-admin only), not under this Integrations tab.
Salon Settings is available to salon admins (the Salon Admin permission) and to corporate and platform-admin users, who can view and edit settings across the salons they have access to.
