One release, a lot of quality-of-life: Call to Rebook campaigns can target your real service menu on every booking system, service groups are now managed in-app, the Marketing Leads report works like every other report, Frenchies studios get Nail It!, and Zenoti salons get the nightly owner summary email. Here's the tour, by where you'll notice it.
At the front desk
- Call to Rebook tells you when it isn't set up. A location with no rebook campaigns used to see "No appointments to rebook" — the same message as a quiet day. Now it says so plainly, with a Set up Call to Rebook button for those with settings access (and a note to ask an administrator for everyone else). Once a campaign exists, the call list works exactly as before. How campaigns work →
- Duplicate Appointments is easier to read. The Appointment ID column moved to the end of the table, so the guest and appointment details sit together — the ID is still there when you need to look something up in your booking system.
- You can decide what counts as a duplicate. Corporate admins can now turn the duplicate check off for a specific service group — useful when a group bundles services guests intentionally book together. The same service booked twice is always flagged.
Campaigns & service groups
- Your services, whatever runs your book. The Service types picker in Call to Rebook campaigns now lists the services your location actually offers, on every booking system — locations that used to see an empty picker can now target individual services. Long lists say how long they are and invite you to type to narrow, instead of silently cutting off. Details →
- Service groups are yours to manage. Corporate admins create and edit system-wide groups under Corporate Settings → Franchise Management; each location can also build private groups of its own on its Call to Rebook page. No more platform requests to change a group. Details →
Reports
- Marketing Leads now scopes like every other report — the standard Franchise Systems and Locations dropdowns replace its one-off radio buttons, with search and system-aware narrowing. Details →
- Frenchies studios: Nail It! The Average Stylist Sales section becomes a Frenchies-specific employee performance view, with per-hour productivity and honest dashes where data is missing. Details →
In your inbox
- Zenoti salons get the nightly End of Day Owner Summary — the 8:30pm email MBO salons have had, with sales, the 7-day look-ahead, guest feedback, and the shift log. Ask your admin to enable EOD Owner Summary on your user to start receiving it. Details →
For corporate teams
- Systemwide Data now covers Bishops Cuts | Color and Frenchies alongside The Lash Lounge, with a system selector and a per-location Franchise System column — plus an important correction to the LM Revenue and MoM columns, which had been miscalculated. If you use those figures, read the details.
