New Average Sales report — and package credits at a glance
Two reporting updates: a new Average Sales report that credits every team member for the sales they drive — including retail-only contributors — plus Credits Purchased and Credits Remaining now on the Package Performance report.
Average Sales — now counting everyone
The dashboard's Average Sales view only lists team members who had service visits in the period. But someone can ring up retail without performing a single service — and until now that contribution didn't show up in an official report.
The new Average Sales report (in Secret Reports) mirrors the dashboard's Average Sales breakdown — Total, Service, and Retail Sales, Visits, Sales / Visit, Sales / Hour, and Retention — with one difference:
- No one is dropped for having zero visits. A team member with retail sales and no service visits still appears, with their retail clearly counted.
So when you're reviewing a location's sales, the totals reflect everyone who contributed — not just those who were on the service floor.
Package credits, purchased and remaining
The Package Performance report now carries two new columns alongside package revenue and counts:
- Credits Purchased — the total package credits sold in the period.
- Credits Remaining — how many of those credits are still unused.
Together they show not just what packages sold, but how much of that value clients still have waiting to be redeemed — a clearer picture of outstanding package liability and rebooking opportunity.
The Lash Lounge only
Both updates cover Lash Lounge package and sales data and appear for authorized corporate users with Lash Lounge access. Nothing to set up — open the report and the new columns are there.
