Fixed: Client 360 no longer shows a January 1970 contract renewal date

Client 360 profiles could show a contract renewal date of December 31, 1969 for clients without an actual renewal date on file.

That date came from an empty value being read as the start of computer time rather than "no date." Client 360 now hides the renewal date entirely when there isn't one, instead of showing a date that was never real.
