One Conversion Rate, everywhere
"Conversion Rate" now means one thing across the platform: Marketing Health and the Lead Manager show the exact same number for the same date range — one query serves both pages.
Marketing Health and the Lead Manager can no longer disagree
Previously each page computed conversion its own way — different date-range defaults (90 vs 30 days) and different denominators — so the two pages routinely showed different percentages that were each "right" for their own math, which read as a data bug. Two changes fix this for good:
- One shared date range. Change the window on either page and the other opens on the same one. (Marketing Health still starts at its usual last-90-days view until you pick a range.)
- One shared query. The Lead Manager's Conversion Rate KPI is now served by the same measurement Marketing Health uses: converted ÷ unique new leads in the range, with the platform-wide Converted definition (a completed, non-cancelled visit — a booking alone doesn't count). Identical range → identical number, by construction.
The KPI follows the date range, and it responds to column filters the safe way: with no filters (or filters that don't narrow the view) it shows the canonical number, labeled matches Marketing Health; narrow the view and it recomputes the same per-new-lead formula over just the rows shown, relabeled current filters. Filtering by the Converted column shows n/a — a view defined by its outcome can't have a meaningful rate.
Lead counts live in the Lead Manager, where they come with dates, filters, and charts.
The manual has been updated to match: see Lead Manager and Marketing Health.
