Fixed: Salon Health dashboard loading slowly or timing out

The Salon Health dashboard's revenue sections — Today's Sales, MTD Sales, and their month-over-month / year-over-year comparisons — could take 30 seconds or more to load, and sometimes timed out entirely.
The queries behind those sections were reading far more sales history than they needed on every load. We restructured them (and added a supporting database index) so they now read only the date window you're looking at. The heaviest query dropped from about 14 seconds to under a tenth of a second, and the revenue sections that ran it several times per load now return in moments.
This applies to all salons on both POS systems. No numbers changed anywhere — the same figures now just arrive much faster.
