Franchise Management: one-step coach replacement and searchable pickers

Handing a departing FBC or FAC's territory to their successor is now a single step, and the pickers in the coach editor are searchable.

What changed

• Replace — each coach row in Franchise Management now has a Replace button (next to Edit). Pick the successor — from corporate staff for an FBC, from a salon's staff for an FAC, or by typing a name manually — review the transfer summary, and click Replace Coach. Every salon the departing coach covered moves to the successor in one atomic step, and the departing coach's record is removed. No more re-checking salons one by one.
• Already a coach? If the person you pick is already an FBC/FAC in the system, you'll get a one-click option to transfer the salons to their existing record instead of creating a duplicate.
• Searchable pickers — the "Browse staff from salon" and staff-member dropdowns in the Add/Replace editors are now type-to-search comboboxes (they also support arrow-key navigation), so finding a salon or a person in a long list takes a couple of keystrokes.

Replace only appears for coaches that currently cover at least one salon — for a coach with no salons, Remove does the job.
