Franchisee Prospects: the full list now downloads as a CSV

Franchisee Prospects now returns the complete guest list as a CSV download, including for a full twelve-month window.

What changed​

Running the report over a wide date range — a quarter, or the trailing twelve months the list is meant to cover — used to end in an error and no results. It now completes and gives you the whole list.

The report builds the full spreadsheet when you run it. Click the download button above the table to get it.

Reading the table​

For very large runs the table shows the first 5,000 guests, with a note above it saying how many there are in total. That cap applies only to what's drawn on screen:

  • Total Guests and Salons Represented always count the entire list.
  • The CSV download always contains every guest, not just the 5,000 on screen.

So a run showing "the first 5,000 of 102,632 guests" downloads all 102,632.

Sending it on​

The download link is generated fresh each time you click, and is good for five minutes — long enough to save the file. If you leave the report open for a while and come back, just click download again.
