Frenchies reporting: hourly sales, rebooking and paid hours
Frenchies paid-hour calculations now use the current clock records, count overlapping punches once, and retain full precision until the result is displayed. This corrects paid hours in Average Stylist Sales, Revenue by Employee, and Systemwide reports.
The Sales Dashboard's weekday sales chart now uses the same provider sales rules as Average Stylist Sales. Service and retail sales follow the recorded seller, with the same cancellation, redo, and provider exclusions.
The dashboard's Frenchies Avg Ticket also counts each ticket once across the eligible providers, matching Nail It's studio summary. Revenue by Employee retains its full-center KPI average, so the two views can differ in scope.
Frenchies averages now round half-cent values consistently with the report data and Excel. For example, an average of $83.125 displays as $83.13.
These corrections were checked against the final August Nail It workbook. The reconciliation flags all remaining differences, including rounding and understood differences in report scope. Membership comparisons remain under review. One employee’s service-hour denominator also remains unexplained. These changes do not establish complete or exact Nail It parity.
Frenchies service and total revenue per service hour now use the primary seller’s eligible appointment durations, supported by valid employee-revenue records. Rates retain seconds until final currency rounding, and the dashboard displays and sorts the server-calculated values. Missing service hours show a dash instead of falling back to paid hours.
Employee Rebooking % now counts distinct guests by sale date and primary seller, using Zenoti’s recorded rebooking flag and excluding redo/redone lines. The Nail It table displays two decimal places. Salon-level rebooking retains its separate scope.
The paid-hour column now also uses the full-precision server-calculated rate. When no actual punches are recorded it continues to show a dash; the supplied Nail It export shows zero in those cases. This understood display difference remains flagged in the reconciliation.
Frenchies Utilization now follows Zenoti's own Nail It definition: appointment hours plus block-out hours whose category counts in utilization (lunches, meetings, training), over gross scheduled hours. Those block-outs are added to the top of the fraction rather than deducted from the bottom, and scheduled hours reflect schedule edits and deletions that Zenoti sends after the fact. Every employee at the three locations checked matched the August Nail It export at the displayed precision. See Utilization.
