Frenchies: sales averages now measured per ticket
· 2 min read
Frenchies studios now see Avg Ticket — the average value of a completed sale — wherever other brands see Avg Sales Per Visit. Bishops is unchanged.
What changed
- One definition everywhere. The Sales Dashboard, Revenue by Employee, the CSV download and your goals now all use the same figure. Frenchies measures it per ticket — one completed sale, however many services or products it covers. Bishops keeps measuring per completed visit.
- New wording on Revenue by Employee. At Frenchies the columns read Tickets, Sales / Ticket, Service / Ticket and Retail / Ticket, and the filter checkbox reads Hide zero-ticket staff.
- Goals speak the same language. Your monthly volume and average-sale goals now show as monthly tickets and average ticket. Goals you already saved still work — there's nothing to re-enter. The 7-day target is still an appointments target.
- Sales with no stylist recorded now show as Unassigned, instead of quietly disappearing into the totals.
- A missing number now looks missing. When the sales data behind a figure hasn't finished loading or looks incomplete, you'll see a dash and a short explanation rather than $0.
One thing to know about the stylist rows
A single ticket can include work from more than one stylist. When it does, it counts for each of them — so adding up the stylists' ticket counts won't match your studio total. The studio figure at the top of the report is the one to use, and the report says so above the table.
See Revenue by Employee for the full column reference.
