Frenchies: Nail It! employee performance

Frenchies studios: the Average Stylist Sales section of the Sales Dashboard is now Nail It! — an employee performance view built around the numbers Frenchies actually coaches on.

What's in the table

One row per employee, with the figures you'd review in a one-on-one:

  • Sales — service, retail, and total revenue, plus retail as a percentage of services
  • Productivity — service and total revenue per serviced hour, and total revenue per paid hour
  • Guest metrics — average ticket, rebooking, and utilization

Beside Average Ticket, a new $ Service Revenue Per Hour tile shows your studio's overall service sales per service hour for the selected period.

The numbers match everywhere

Nail It! and the Revenue by Employee report now calculate sales the same way, so the dashboard and the detailed report always agree — no more explaining why two screens show two different totals for the same employee.

When a number can't be trusted, you see a dash

If an employee's service hours haven't come through from the booking system, their per-hour figures show a dash rather than a zero. A dash means "we don't have the data" — it never means the employee did nothing. That keeps averages honest and spares you chasing a "zero performance" that was really a data gap.

Other brands' Sales Dashboards are unchanged.
