Front Desk Dashboard: clearer KPIs and appointment details
· 2 min read
The KPI tiles at the top of the Front Desk Dashboard now come in two rows instead of one crowded strip, and a new Rebooking % tile joins the lineup.
What changed
- Two rows of tiles. The first row is action items for the day — Declined Autopays, Calls to Rebook, Duplicate Appointments, and Missing Deposit — shown with a 0 when there's nothing to work, so the row keeps its shape through the day. The second row is standing health numbers: 7-Day Appointments, Rebooking %, Active Members, and Future Apts Per Member. Previously only four tiles showed at a time, so a busy morning could push the health numbers out of view entirely.
- New Rebooking % tile. This month's share of attended guests who left with their next visit booked (with any stylist) — the same month-to-date figure as the Sales Dashboard's Salon Health section.

Today's Appointments
The appointments table now includes a Stylist column directly after the service, making it easier to see who is taking each guest.
POS Notes also identifies where each note came from, in this order: appointment notes, red alerts, yellow alerts, then regular client notes. Frenchies and Bishops salons do not yet send these notes through Zenoti, so those cells remain blank rather than showing a guess.
