Goal recommendations now separate target and operating history

The Recommended targets panel in Salon Settings → Goals now clearly separates how it prices the revenue target from the recent operating history used to plan it.

Year-over-Year goals price revenue from the same calendar month last year, Month-over-Month goals from the immediately preceding completed month, and flat goals use the dollars entered. If an exact percentage comparison has not finished, the panel waits for it rather than substituting another month.

Monthly visits then use a separate operating baseline: exactly 30 completed days ending yesterday. The slider starts at that period's average ticket and lets you model a ticket up to 20% lower or higher; visit targets update and round up to cover the revenue target. Visits and utilization from those same 30 days power the capacity estimate. Missing capacity data no longer blocks a recommendation, and a thin sample is called out visibly.

Current actuals still appear beneath the fields for context, but current-day and month-to-date data never change the recommendation.

The Sales Dashboard now paces each revenue-goal type on the same basis. Flat goals keep an even daily pace. Month-over-Month and Year-over-Year goals compare month-to-date revenue with the matching prior period plus the saved percentage, and the daily bar uses the exact comparison day plus that percentage. Calendar overflow days are left without a daily comparison instead of borrowing the comparison month's final day.
