Integration health alerts + a real Integrations hub

When an external connection breaks, you should hear about it from us — not discover it days later. salon360 now watches its integrations continuously and emails the right people the moment something needs attention.

  • Automatic alert emails from alert@salon360.ai. If a Facebook page's authorization dies, a required permission is revoked, leads stop flowing, or an ads token expires, an email goes out within minutes — plain-English what happened, what it affects, and the exact fix, with a link to the right page. One email per problem (never one per lead), a daily reminder while it's unresolved, and a recovery notice when it clears. If many pages break at once, you get one consolidated fleet alert instead of a flood.
  • Alerts go to the people who own the broken integration — not to everyone. The new Alerts panel (Settings → Corporate Settings → Integrations → Meta Lead Ads) gives every connected page its own recipient list: when that page breaks, only its people are emailed. The separate corporate list is reserved for a fleet-wide outage, when many pages fail at once. If you own an integration, add yourself to its list — that's the one that reaches you. The panel also holds an on/off switch, an optional daily digest of low-urgency items, and a Send test alert button so you can prove the plumbing before you need it.
  • Fleet-wide Meta Lead Ads now lives in Corporate Settings → Integrations. The Integrations tab of Corporate Settings holds a fleet-wide status strip, the Meta Lead Ads rollup card, and the page-mapping workbench — all scoped across every salon, not one at a time — instead of the workbench being buried inside a single salon's settings, where it also used to load blank on a cold open. The per-location Integrations page under Salon Settings still shows a live status pill (Connected / Needs reauth / Error / Not connected) for its own CallRail, WhatConverts, and email sender connections, but its fleet-wide Meta card is gone; old links to it redirect.
  • Fleet health, continuously verified. salon360 now keeps watch on every connected Facebook page around the clock, so a page whose access silently dies is caught within hours — even if it never receives another lead. A per-page Re-verify button checks any page on demand.
