A roundup of what shipped in this push — a new hosted intake form option, WhatConverts joining the marketing pipeline, and clearer marketing and franchise pages. Each item links to its full note.
Leads
- New: hosted digital intake forms, with photo upload — a branded intake page you can send prospective clients before their first visit.
- WhatConverts joins the marketing pipeline; lead inquiry times and attribution get more accurate — an additional call/form tracking source, plus fixes to when a lead is recorded as arriving.
Marketing
- Clearer navigation: Marketing Analytics — the Marketing section renamed so it's obvious what belongs in it.
- Marketing Health streamlined; channel detail moves to Meta Ads and Google Ads — the overview page is leaner; per-campaign ROAS, creative, and placement detail now live on each channel's own page.
Reports
- Rebooking % no longer counts appointments that were later cancelled — MBO and Zenoti now apply the same rule, so the figure is apples-to-apples across brands.
Corporate
- Franchise Management: one-step coach replacement and searchable pickers — replace a departing FBC/FAC in a single step, and find salons/staff faster with search.
