Lead notification emails now come from leads@salon360.ai

New-lead alerts and lead SLA reminders now arrive from Leads by DART <leads@salon360.ai> instead of an individual person's mailbox.

What changed​

Every internal lead email — the New lead alert and the follow-up SLA / nurture reminders — is now sent from the dedicated leads@salon360.ai mailbox, displayed as Leads by DART. The content, recipients, and timing are unchanged.

Why it matters​

  • Easier to find. Every lead alert sorts under one consistent sender, so a rule or a search on "Leads by DART" catches all of them.
  • Doesn't look personal. Alerts no longer appear to come from a colleague's address, so replies and filters land where they belong.

What to do​

Nothing is required. If your inbox rules or safe-sender list reference the old sender, point them at leads@salon360.ai. Recipients are still controlled by each person's New Lead Notifications (Email) toggle in Salon Settings → User Management, and your salon still needs Marketing enabled.
