Every lead now lives in one place: Lead Manager

The separate Marketing → Leads page is gone. Lead Manager is now the single place to see every inquiry from every source, and it does more than the old page ever did — one row per inquiry, the campaign and ad each one came from, and filters for source, channel, and duplicates.

Where your leads went

Nothing is lost. The old Marketing → Leads table and Lead Manager were always reading the same leads — the old page just showed a thinner version. Rather than keep two screens that answer the same question, we retired the standalone page and moved everything into Lead Manager.

Open Marketing → Lead Manager and every lead is there: Meta lead ads, website form fills, phone calls (Call Tracking), and WhatConverts, all in one table.

What's better

  • One row per inquiry, not one per person. Lead Manager used to collapse repeat inquiries onto a single row and hid leads that never made it into the follow-up pipeline (existing clients, or inquiries older than the 30-day window). Now every individual inquiry shows up. Ones that aren't in the pipeline carry a Not on board label instead of a misleading "New" badge.
  • See the campaign and ad. A new Campaign / Ad column shows exactly which campaign and ad an inquiry came from, with the ad nested under its campaign. Where a source only reports a numeric ad id instead of a name, it's shown as a muted #id so it's never mistaken for a real campaign name.
  • Source and channel, split apart. Source (CallRail, Meta, Web Form — the system that captured the lead) and Channel (Google Paid, Facebook, Direct — the marketing attribution) are now separate columns. Before, a Meta lead ad and a Facebook-attributed web form both just read "Facebook." Both columns sort, filter, and export.
  • A Dedupe filter. A First touch / Repeat filter lets you separate brand-new leads from repeat inquiries.
  • Accurate totals. KPIs show Total Inquiries alongside Unique Leads, and the full date range is honored on the server, so a longer window no longer risks quietly dropping rows.

Everything on the screen is included in the CSV export.

Getting in

No setup needed. Open Marketing → Lead Manager and the full table, with its source, channel, and dedupe filters, is there.
