Clearer lead and ad results across Marketing Analytics
Marketing Health, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Lead Manager now use clearer labels and the same first-party lead definitions, making vendor-reported activity easier to distinguish from completed visits in your salon.
One New Leads definition
New Leads now means the same thing wherever it appears: the first qualifying inquiry in a lead's current journey. Two kinds of inquiry are left out:
- Existing customer — the person had already visited or paid in the six months before they inquired, so this is re-engagement rather than a new customer.
- Repeat inquiry — the same person inquiring again before they booked. The first inquiry already carries the conversion and the revenue, so nobody is counted twice.
The note under the Marketing Health tile now names both reasons and reads correctly at any count — for example, “11 excluded — 1 existing customer, 10 repeat inquiries.” Lead Manager uses that same New Leads value and the same conversion-rate formula: converted New Leads ÷ New Leads. When nothing was excluded, the note does not appear.
Lead Manager now shows this same canonical New Leads value and the same exclusion note instead of a differently grouped figure.
Meta and Google: platform activity versus salon outcomes
Meta's own lead count is now labelled Leads (Meta), and Google's primary conversion count is labelled Conversions (Google). Both pages now include a separate Lead Outcomes row using your own booking and sales records:
- New Leads uses the same definition as Marketing Health.
- Converted Clients shows how many of those leads completed a non-cancelled visit, including completed $0 membership-credit or redemption visits.
- Attributed Revenue (Lifetime) shows the revenue those clients generated.
A booking by itself does not count as converted. Because Meta and Google apply their own attribution rules, their platform counts can differ from Lead Outcomes without either number being missing.
Spend and budget clarity
The Spend tile now shows average actual spend per day for the selected window instead of adding campaign budget settings that could include paused campaigns, omit lifetime budgets, or count shared budgets more than once.
Meta campaign and ad-set budgets are now displayed in account currency correctly. Previously, Meta's minor-unit values could be shown as though they were whole dollars.
Readable charts
Redundant white values were removed from bars where they could land on the unfilled track and become unreadable. The exact value remains beside each bar.
