Google Ads and Meta Ads spend, plus CallRail and WhatConverts leads, now begin at 1 January 2026. Earlier marketing history is no longer reported.

What changed

Marketing Analytics is now a 2026-forward view. Four data sources share the same start date:

  • Google Ads — campaign, ad group, ad, search term, and breakdown spend
  • Meta Ads — campaign, ad set, ad, and breakdown spend
  • CallRail — tracked calls
  • WhatConverts — tracked calls and forms

Anything dated before 1 January 2026 has been removed and is no longer collected. Everything from 1 January 2026 onward is unchanged and continues to update on the usual schedule.

What you'll notice

Date ranges that start before 2026 return less than they used to. A range of 1 December 2025 – 31 January 2026 now reports only the January portion. The report doesn't warn you about this — it simply has no rows for the earlier days, which reads the same as a period with no activity.

Year-over-year comparisons against 2025 are no longer possible in Marketing Analytics. Comparing January 2026 to January 2025 returns the 2026 side only.

This affects the Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketing Health pages, and any lead reporting that reaches back past 2025 for CallRail or WhatConverts leads.

Sales, revenue, client, and appointment history are not affected — this change is limited to marketing sources.

What to do

Nothing is required. If you keep your own record of pre-2026 ad performance — an export, a spreadsheet, an agency report — keep it, because that history can't be restored here. Google and Meta each retain only a limited window of their own detail, so re-importing it later is not guaranteed to reproduce the same figures.
