Marketing Leads picks scope the way every other report does
Marketing Leads now uses the same Franchise Systems and Locations dropdowns as the rest of Reports, instead of its own set of radio buttons and checkbox lists. The totals row above the results has been removed.
The same pickers you use everywhere else
Scope used to be chosen through two panels of radio buttons — All systems or Selected systems, All locations or Selected locations — each opening a long scrolling list of checkboxes inside the toolbar. That's been replaced by the standard Filters row: a Franchise Systems dropdown and a Locations dropdown, the same controls Roll Up Sales and the other reports use.
What that gets you:
- The list stays out of the way. Both pickers collapse to a single button showing what's selected — All Systems, or 12 locations — instead of a permanently open list.
- You can search for a location by name rather than scrolling to find it.
- Picking systems narrows the locations list to the locations in those systems, so you're never choosing from locations you've already scoped out.
Only active locations with Marketing enabled are offered and included, exactly as before, and the report still opens on month to date.
The totals row is gone
The four figures that sat above the results — total inquiries, locations represented, leads on the Lead Board, and conversions — no longer appear. Those counts summarized whatever happened to be on screen, which made them easy to misread as marketing totals; the row count at the top of the results still tells you how many inquiries matched, and Download CSV still returns every matching inquiry, so you can total or pivot them however your own reporting needs. For month-over-month marketing performance, the Marketing Analytics pages remain the place to look.
