Meta leads now show their campaign in Lead Manager
Leads from Facebook and Instagram lead forms now show which ad campaign brought them in, right in the Campaign column of the Lead Manager.
What changed
Previously, many Meta (Facebook/Instagram) leads showed a blank Campaign even though they came from a paid ad — the campaign details simply weren't being captured when the lead arrived. That's now fixed going forward, so every new Meta lead records its campaign automatically.
We also went back and filled in the campaign for past Meta leads wherever the information was still available, so your recent history reflects the real campaigns too.
What you'll see
Open the Lead Manager and look at the Campaign column. Meta leads now display the name of the campaign they came from. This makes it easy to see which ads are actually generating inquiries.
A few leads will still show a dash (—) in the Campaign column, and that's expected:
- Organic leads — someone who filled out a form that wasn't launched from a paid ad has no campaign to show.
- Very old leads — for privacy reasons, the ad platform only keeps campaign details available for a limited time, so the campaign can no longer be recovered for the oldest inquiries.
- Non-Meta leads — web-form and call leads are tracked through their own channels (like Google), not Meta campaigns.
These changes are automatic. No action is needed on your part.
