Monthly goals: set targets and track your pace day by day

You can now set monthly targets for your salon — revenue, appointments, average sale, retail %, utilization, rebooking %, and new memberships — and the Sales Dashboard will show you whether you're on pace to hit them, not just how far you are from the month-end number.

Set your goals

Settings → Salon Settings → Goals has a target for each of the numbers you already watch:

  • Revenue — a flat dollar amount, or a percent-growth target over last month or the same month last year.
  • 7-Day Appointments, Average Sales per Visit, Retail %, Utilization, Rebooking %, and — for membership brands — New Memberships.

While you type, each field shows last month's actual and this month so far, so you're setting targets in context instead of from memory. A Copy last month's goals button fills the form in one click, and goals carry forward automatically month to month until you change them — set them once and adjust as you go.

Track your pace on the dashboard

Switch the Sales Dashboard's Compare toggle to Goals and the view pins to the current month:

  • The month-to-date sales bar gains a pace marker — where you should be as of today — and an On pace / Behind pace pill, so a healthy salon no longer looks "behind" just because the month isn't over.
  • A day target shows the steady daily rate that hits your goal (and, if you're behind, the catch-up rate: "$X/day to catch up").
  • A Today vs Day Target bar tracks today's sales against that daily rate.
  • Every KPI tile shows a small progress bar with target · so far, and "Goal met" turns green the moment you cross it.
