Newly hired staff now appear in Add Staff right away

When you added someone to your booking system and then went to Settings → Salon → Staff → Add Staff to give them a salon360 login, they sometimes weren't in the list yet — even though they were already set up in your booking system. The list simply reported that there was no one left to add, with nothing to indicate the person was on their way.

New hires now show up in the Add Staff list as soon as your booking system tells us about them, instead of waiting for the overnight sync.

Two things to know if someone still isn't listed:

• They need an email address on their booking-system profile. We use it to send the salon360 invite, so anyone without one is left out of the list.
• People you've already added won't be there. The Add Staff list only offers people who don't have a salon360 login yet — everyone else is on the main Staff page.

Staff who have left keep their existing status: editing a former employee's profile in your booking system doesn't put them back on the list of people you can add.

If someone was already missing before this went in, they should appear after the next overnight sync. If they still don't, let us know and we'll correct it.
