Package Performance: see who sold each package

Package Performance can now break its summary down by the associate who sold each package.

Break out by associate

The Summary view has a new Break out by choice in Options, next to the Summary / Detail toggle:

  • Package Type — one row per location and package type. This is the default, and it is exactly the report you have been running.
  • Associate — the same rows, split further into one row per team member, each with their own package count and revenue.

Like the other options, it applies when you click Run Report, and it works on the Detail view as well — there, a guest who bought the same package from two team members appears on one row per member instead of a single combined row.

The name shown is whoever rang the sale, straight from the point of sale — usually a name and a role, such as Liberty S. | Front Desk. Packages sold without anyone recorded on the ticket are grouped under Unassigned rather than being left out.

Totals don't move. A location's package revenue is the same either way; the breakdown just divides it among the people who sold it.

One note on Credits Remaining

When a client trades package credits back in, the credits come off whoever processed that return — not necessarily whoever sold the package. If they are two different people, a location's Credits Remaining can add up to slightly more in the associate view than in the package-type view.

Revenue, package counts and Credits Purchased are identical between the two views.
