Package Performance: see every package sold, guest by guest

The Package Performance report now has a Detail view: instead of just the per-salon summary, you can pull the individual packages sold — guest name, date sold, amount, and credits — for the sites you have access to.

What's new​

A Summary / Detail toggle in the report's Options:

  • Summary (unchanged) — package revenue and counts rolled up by salon and package type.
  • Detail — one row per package sold: Salon, Guest Name, Guest ID, Package Type, Date Sold, Total Sold, Credits Purchased, Credits Remaining, Sold By.

Detail only shows packages from your allowed sites, since it includes guest names.

Filter it down​

Detail has a Location filter (your allowed sites) and a Package Type filter, and a running Total Sold for whatever you've narrowed to. Change a filter and the list updates instantly.

Built for large date ranges​

Detail can be a lot of rows, so it loads 100 at a time — page through with Previous / Next and only the rows you're looking at are fetched. Need the whole thing? Click Download CSV in Detail view to export every row (matching your current filters) to a file.

Getting in​

Open Package Performance (Corporate Reports, or Secret Reports for internal users), pick your date range, switch the View toggle to Detail, and click Run Report.
