Sales figures now count the money that actually came in, the same way on every screen: Frenchies sales match Net Collections, Bishops sales count cash on the day it was paid, The Lash Lounge leaves out trade-account payments, and lifetime and marketing revenue follow the same rule. Revenue / Stylist Hour now compares your stylists' hours with the work done in them. At The Lash Lounge, staff time no longer counts as guest visits. Corporate teams can give a marketing partner its own login, and Systemwide Data and Weekly Flash load faster.

One set of numbers everywhere: Retail %, Revenue / Stylist Hour, Active Members and new members now use the same definition on the Sales Dashboard, Front Desk, your reports and the End-of-Day Summary. Retention % joins Rebooking % on your Health card, with a goal. Bishops shops get Shop Reports and a Revenue / Stylist Hour goal, Frenchies studios get Studio Reports and the Goals Report Card, and both now receive the redesigned End-of-Day Summary.

A corporate release: the Corporate Dashboard is now your home in every tab, not just the first one; changing a PE Group user to a corporate role no longer disables their sign-in; the Member Report completes when run across every location, with the first 5,000 members in the table and the complete list one click away as a CSV; and Systemwide Data runs about three times faster from cold. Website test submissions now stay in the development environment, and the public salon360.ai site gets its refreshed introduction.

Your reports now live on one page: Salon Reports replaces Sales Reports and Legacy Reports, and five reports that used to be corporate-only — Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, Revenue by Employee, Gift Card Report and Lifetime Value of Member — are now open to salon leaders with reporting access, for their own locations. The Sales Dashboard's 7-Day Appointments tile shows a day-by-day bar chart, Call to Rebook campaigns can match on a note tag, and lead sources are named by how the person reached you (Phone Call, Web Form, Meta Lead Form). Corporate admins get a Corporate Dashboard as their sign-in landing, a new PE Group role for investors, Salon Performance by Agency in Corporate Reports, and a Marketing Agencies tool to record each salon's agency by date. Phones and tablets got a round of fixes throughout the app. Nothing needs to be turned on.

Your Sales Dashboard tiles now all follow the date range you pick, and there's a new Sales Reports area where salon owners can open the Goals Report Card (formerly Goal Attainment) — a month-by-month look at how you did against your goals. Lifetime value on client profiles and the Lifetime Value of Member report now count each dollar once, so they read lower and more accurately. For corporate teams, the Gift Card Report shows how each card was paid for, and Systemwide Data shows members for past months. Nothing needs to be turned on.

Staff records get a single Name field, with the booking-system name kept read-only for reference. For corporate teams, Cross-Center & Ownership (owner groups) moves into Franchise Management so corporate admins can map franchisees themselves, Franchise Performance separates franchisee names from salon names with a new Location column and gains a Rank switch so leaderboards rank locations or franchisees, never a mix, and Frenchies' salon-wide Utilization and Service Revenue Per Hour now match Zenoti's Business-KPI report. Nothing needs to be turned on.

For corporate teams: Monthly Salon Metrics, Gift Card Report and Lifetime Value of Member open in Corporate Reports → Beta, Marketing Leads graduates out of Beta into Marketing, and Call to Rebook campaigns and Salon Settings are now managed under Franchise Management. System Budget shows calendar months instead of weeks and Weekly PE Summary counts the same way as Franchise Performance. For Frenchies and other Zenoti salons, paid hours, hourly sales and schedule corrections are now reconciled against Zenoti's own records. Nothing needs to be turned on.

This release rebuilds the nightly End of Day Owner Summary around the goals you already set, turns the utilization goal into a min and max so a fully booked salon is not graded as a win, lets your location add its own services to a corporate Call to Rebook campaign, and fixes the Forgot Password dead end for people who never finished setting up their account. Corporate teams get a more accurate suspended-member count, three new reports in validation, and two fixes to budget import. Nothing needs to be turned on.

A short follow-up release: the Call Log and Member Report now follow the system and location you pick like every other report, the nightly owner summary email gets its insight cards back, and Frenchies staff sales now match Zenoti Nail It. Nothing needs to be turned on.
