Rebooking % no longer counts appointments that were later cancelled

Rebooking % now uses the same rule on every booking system: if a client's next appointment is cancelled or missed after it was booked, it no longer counts as a rebook.

Previously, brands on MindBody kept credit for a rebooking even if the appointment was later cancelled, while Zenoti brands did not — a small inconsistency when comparing across brands.
