Your reports now live on one page: Salon Reports replaces Sales Reports and Legacy Reports, and five reports that used to be corporate-only — Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, Revenue by Employee, Gift Card Report and Lifetime Value of Member — are now open to salon leaders with reporting access, for their own locations. The Sales Dashboard's 7-Day Appointments tile shows a day-by-day bar chart, Call to Rebook campaigns can match on a note tag, and lead sources are named by how the person reached you (Phone Call, Web Form, Meta Lead Form). Corporate admins get a Corporate Dashboard as their sign-in landing, a new PE Group role for investors, Salon Performance by Agency in Corporate Reports, and a Marketing Agencies tool to record each salon's agency by date. Phones and tablets got a round of fixes throughout the app. Nothing needs to be turned on.

What's in this release

For salons

  • Sales Reports and Legacy Reports are now one page: Salon Reports. Under Reports in the sidebar, a single Salon Reports entry replaces the two separate links. It's organized into sections — Sales holds the Goals Report Card, Staff Performance holds Revenue by Employee, and Legacy holds Package Performance and Franchise CCR — and you can star any report to pin it to Favorites. Old bookmarks open the matching section. See Salon Reports.
  • Five reports moved from Corporate Reports into Salon Reports. Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics now live in the Sales section, Revenue by Employee has its own Staff Performance section, and Gift Card Report and Lifetime Value of Member join Legacy. They're now open to any salon leader with reporting access on a reports-enabled location, not just corporate and admin users, and show only your own locations. Old Corporate Reports links redirect to the new ones.
  • The 7-Day Appointments tile on the Sales Dashboard now shows a day-by-day bar chart. The same seven small bars from the End of Day owner email's Booked Ahead card now sit in the tile under Salon Health, with tomorrow highlighted and two-letter weekday labels below each bar. Hover a bar to see that day's count; the bars always add up to the tile's headline number.
  • Call to Rebook campaigns can now match on a note tag. A corporate campaign (or a salon's own copy, where allowed) can list one or more note tags — short text like #3weekrefill — so it only matches guests whose most recent visit note contains one of them. This lets two campaigns that book the same appointment type, like a 3-week and a 4-week refill, stay in separate queues. A new Also include guests with no tag checkbox catches refills booked without a note; turn it on for one campaign per salon. See Note tags.
  • Lead sources are now named by how the person reached you, not by the tracking vendor. Wherever a lead's Source appears — the Lead Board, Lead Manager, lead details, CRM Reports and the Meta Ads channel breakdown — tracked calls now read Phone Call whether they came through CallRail or WhatConverts, website forms read Web Form, and Meta instant forms read Meta Lead Form. The Source filters offer a single Phone Call choice that covers both call-tracking services. See Lead sources & attribution.
  • Phone and tablet fixes across the app. Settings tabs, the client profile tabs and the campaign builder's top bar now scroll sideways instead of pushing the page off-screen; the Appointment Book's week view stacks each day into its own card on a phone; report summary tiles no longer run past their box on narrow screens; the Corporate Dashboard's month picker and system cards fit a phone screen; and the Send reset code button on the forgot-password page is visible again. Form fields on phones are sized so iOS no longer zooms in when you tap one. Buttons and tabs on the Lead Board, Corporate Dashboard and Settings are larger under a finger, the Budget vs Actual and Monthly Salon Metrics tables no longer trap the page scroll on a phone, and in Messages the Return key on a phone keyboard starts a new line instead of sending (use the Send button).

For corporate teams

  • Corporate admins now start on the Corporate Dashboard. Corporate admins can open the Corporate Dashboard — the franchise-wide view of sales, growth and leaderboards for the franchise systems they administer — and it is now the first page they see after signing in. It stays pinned at the top of the salon switcher; pick any salon there to go to that salon's Sales Dashboard, and Corporate Settings is one click away in the sidebar. Nothing changes for other corporate staff or salon users. See Franchise Performance.
  • New PE Group role for investors and PE partners. Under Settings → Corporate Settings → Corp Staff Management, Add corporate staff now asks for a role. Choose PE Group to give someone a sign-in that opens the Corporate Dashboard for the franchise systems you pick — and nothing else: no reports, no settings, no salon pages. A PE Group user needs an email that isn't used by any other staff login. See Roles.
  • Salon Performance by Agency joins Corporate Reports as a Beta report. Under Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta, corporate users can now open the per-location marketing month — lead forms, calls, Meta and Google spend, cost per lead, first-time visits and revenue by marketing agency and region — that was previously admin-only. Two changes to the numbers came with it: FTV now counts a client's first kept visit (a cancelled or no-show first appointment no longer counts), matching New Clients on Monthly Salon Metrics, and a new Attributed Visits column shows how many of those first visits followed a tracked lead. Both views, the shading and the Excel export include the new column. See Salon Performance by Agency.
  • Corporate admins can now manage each salon's marketing agency and region. A new Marketing Agencies tool under Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management lists every active salon with the agency currently in force and its start date. Change agency adds a dated assignment (default: today, back-datable), the row arrow opens the salon's History to review or correct earlier ones, and Region is edited right in the table. Salon Performance by Agency reads these dated assignments, so a change today never rewrites earlier months. See Marketing Agencies.

Fixes

  • Switching a member to a PLE membership now counts as an Upgrade. In the Sales Dashboard's Membership Management month-to-date breakdown, the Front Desk membership tiles and the End of Day owner email, a guest who moves from a traditional membership to the PLE (Purple Light) membership at the same tier — Classic to PLE Classic, for example — was being counted as a Renewal. It now counts as an Upgrade. A move to a PLE membership at a higher tier was already an upgrade, and a move to a lower tier is still a downgrade. See Membership Management.
  • Duplicate Appointments no longer lists lunch breaks and other blocked-off time. Salons that block time with a booking named like "Lunch 45 min" saw those blocks flagged as duplicate bookings on the Front Desk. Lunches, breaks, staff meetings, front-desk cover and PTO are now left out of the Duplicate Appointments and Missing Deposit checks whatever they're named.
  • Zenoti bookings that were deleted or removed from a visit no longer linger as active appointments. When a whole booking is deleted in Zenoti, or a single service is taken off a visit, the appointment now disappears from the Front Desk (Duplicate Appointments, the appointment book and booked-ahead counts) within moments, instead of remaining as an active appointment and raising false duplicate warnings. Services within one shared booking still count as a single visit. See Duplicate Appointments.
  • Frenchies salon-level % Rebook now matches Zenoti's Business KPI figure. The salon row on the Revenue by Employee report and the Sales Dashboard's Average Stylist Sales section now counts each guest once per visit day, the way Zenoti's center report does, instead of once per provider who served them. Salons where two providers often share a visit will see the salon figure rise by up to about a point; individual stylist rows are unchanged.
  • Turning off a corporate rebook campaign now hides it on the Front Desk. Switching a corporate campaign's Enabled toggle off under Salon Settings → Call to Rebook previously still left that campaign's guests in the Front Desk rebook list. It now drops off the Front Desk as soon as you disable it (Always On campaigns still can't be disabled).
  • Corporate staff who cover more than one franchise system can reach every salon in all of them. Previously the salon staff list and salon campaigns were blocked for salons in whichever system sorted second.
  • Picking a salon while the Corporate Dashboard is still loading no longer bounces you back to it. Corporate admins who chose a salon from the switcher before the dashboard finished building were pulled back to the Corporate Dashboard a few seconds later.
  • Corporate users no longer see a Draft Reports link they can't open. The link under Reports is for platform admins only again.

Hotfix, 2026-09-19

Report performance work promoted the same day, with no change to what the reports show beyond the notes below.

  • Systemwide loads in seconds. The Systemwide report (Salon Reports › Sales) previously took one to four minutes for a system-wide month-to-date run because it re-read every visit and retail line on each request. Those measures now come from a nightly-maintained daily summary, so the report returns in seconds with the same numbers. One small precision improvement: Retail Revenue is now summed exactly to the cent, where the previous calculation could round a large total by a few cents.
  • Lifetime Value of Member and Member Report load in seconds. Both reports read each client's lifetime visits, spend and refill history from a nightly-maintained per-client summary instead of recomputing it on every run. A system-wide Lifetime Value run that took three to five minutes now returns in seconds, and the report states the date its lifetime figures are as of (the previous night's refresh). Choosing an explicit as-of date still runs the full calculation.
  • Member Report: Status, Current Tier and Next AutoPay now follow the live membership. When a client held more than one membership record — a same-day switch or PLE upgrade, or a newer membership that was terminated while an older one kept billing — the report could show the terminated one as the current membership, depending on how the query ran. It now always shows the live membership (not terminated and not past its end date), then the latest to start. A corporate run across all locations also completes in one pass instead of one query per salon. See Member Report.
  • Systemwide Data lists active locations only. The report now reads each salon's account status and drops closed or cancelled locations for every brand, not just Zenoti salons as before. Inactive salons no longer appear as rows or consume Rev Rank positions. See Systemwide Data.

Fixes promoted and deployed the same day:

  • Service groups are fully editable by corporate. The Locked badge is gone from Franchise Management › Service Groups. Groups that were set up by the platform team can now be renamed, edited, or deleted by corporate users like any other group. The existing safeguards still apply: deleting a group a Rebook Campaign targets asks you to confirm, and renaming one updates the campaigns that point at it.
  • Rebook Campaigns must name what they target. A corporate campaign saved with no service groups and no appointment types used to fall back silently to a Lash Lounge group called "Extension Services", which never existed for other systems and matched nothing. The editor now asks you to pick at least one service group or appointment type before saving. Existing campaigns are unaffected.
  • Rebook Campaigns editor scrolls to the form. In Franchise Management and Admin, clicking Edit on a campaign card below the fold opened the form out of view, so the click looked like it did nothing. The page now scrolls the form (and any error banner) into view.

Hotfix, 2026-09-21

  • Systemwide Data shows your whole franchise system. Anyone who can open the report in Salon Reports → Sales now sees every active location in their own franchise system, ranked together, instead of only the locations they have access to. Access still never crosses franchise systems, and the other Salon Reports remain limited to your own locations. See Systemwide Data.

  • Member Report reads the period at its edges. Each member now appears once, even if they changed plans during the date range. Two new columns replace Membership at Time and Current Tier: Membership at Start (the plan held on the first day of the range; blank means they joined during it) and Membership at End (the plan on the last day; blank means the membership ended during it). Status is renamed Current Status and, like the autopay and Lifetime Sales columns, is as of today. Frenchies rows now show the plan name, which had been blank. The duplicate Location ID (same as Brand) and BarcodeID columns are gone; Client ID now shows the Zenoti guest code on Frenchies rows. See Member Report.
