Sales figures now count the money that actually came in, the same way on every screen: Frenchies sales match Net Collections, Bishops sales count cash on the day it was paid, The Lash Lounge leaves out trade-account payments, and lifetime and marketing revenue follow the same rule. Revenue / Stylist Hour now compares your stylists' hours with the work done in them. At The Lash Lounge, staff time no longer counts as guest visits. Corporate teams can give a marketing partner its own login, and Systemwide Data and Weekly Flash load faster.

What's in this release

For salons

  • Reports: each location needs its own reporting access. In Salon Reports (Shop Reports at Bishops, Studio Reports at Frenchies), a location's reports open for you only when you have reporting access at that location and Reports is turned on for it. Access at one of your locations no longer carries over to your others. If a location you used to see is missing from the location list, ask whoever manages logins for that location to give you Reporting portal access there (see Managing users). See Salon Reports.
  • Goals Report Card runs one location at a time. Pick a location and click Run Report. It opens on the location selected in the header, and every goal is graded for each month in your range. See Goals Report Card.

For Bishops shops

  • Rebooking % counts each guest once per day. On Sales Dashboard → Shop Health and in the End-of-Day Summary email, a guest served by two stylists on the same visit was counted twice, so the shop-wide Rebooking % could differ slightly from the same figure on Front Desk and the Goals Report Card. All four now count that guest once and show the same number. See Rebooking.
  • Rebooking % shows a dash for dates before the shop began tracking rebookings. For dates before a shop started recording rebookings, shop-wide Rebooking % used to read 0.0%, as if no guest had rebooked. It now shows a dash for those dates, on Sales Dashboard → Shop Health, Front Desk and the Goals Report Card. From the first recorded rebooking on, nothing changes, and a day when nobody rebooked still counts as zero. See Rebooking.
  • Hourly figures show a dash for periods before your staff hours were recorded. Revenue / Stylist Hour and Utilization need staff hours to mean anything. When a period reaches back before the shop's schedule or time-clock records begin, those figures now show a dash instead of a rate that reads far too high. Revenue and visits are not affected, and Goals Report Card doesn't grade the blank figures. This applies on Sales Dashboard → Shop Health and in Shop Reports (Monthly Shop Metrics, Systemwide Data, Revenue by Employee and Goals Report Card).
  • Utilization counts every posted shift. On Sales Dashboard → Shop Health and in Shop Reports → Staff Performance → Revenue by Employee, a posted shift now counts toward scheduled hours even when the stylist didn't clock in or see a guest that day. Before, those days were left out, which made Utilization read higher than the schedule you posted. Breaks and other blocked-off time are still taken out, as before. Shops with posted shifts that went unworked will see a lower Utilization. The shop-wide figure leaves out front desk and office staff; managers and keyholders still count. See Utilization.
  • Revenue by Employee: services paid with a package or gift card show their value. A service paid for with a package or a gift card now shows the value of the service instead of $0, so the stylist is credited for the work. Your cash Revenue doesn't change. See Revenue by Employee.
  • Systemwide Data: Soft Open is the shop's opening date. Soft Open and Months now use each shop's opening date. Before, sales history brought over from an earlier system could make a shop look older than it is. A shop with no opening date on file shows a blank. See Systemwide Data.

For corporate teams

  • Rebook campaigns: spend conditions count real money. In the Advanced rule builder of a campaign on Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Rebook Campaigns & Service Groups, the Lifetime spend, Spend in last 30 days and Spend in last 90 days conditions now count only what the guest paid by card, cash or bank payment, before sales tax, for services, memberships and retail products. Tips and card convenience fees are left out, and a gift card, deposit or payment on account counts when it is bought, not again when it is spent. These conditions used to add up every form of payment with tax and tips included, so a guest's spend now reads lower. No campaign uses a spend condition today, so no salon's Call to Rebook list changes. See Rule conditions.

  • Systemwide Data: Rev Rank is within each franchise system. If your account covers more than one franchise system, each system now has its own ranking starting at 1, rather than one ranking across all of them. Locations with equal revenue share a rank. See Systemwide Data.

  • Marketing Partners: a partner list, and changes for many salons at once. Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Marketing Partners now has two tabs. Salons is the existing table; a salon's partner is chosen from a list instead of typed, with New partner… to add one in place, and you can tick several salons and change their partner in one step. Partners lists each partner with the salons it has today, and lets you add or rename a partner; corporate admins can also merge two partners or archive one that is no longer used. Existing assignments and history are unchanged. See Franchise Management.

  • Marketing partner logins. A corporate admin can now give someone at a marketing partner their own sign-in. On Settings → Corporate Settings → Franchise Management → Marketing Partners → Partners, expand a partner and select Add login. A partner login sees Marketing Analytics (Marketing Health, Lead Manager, Google Ads and Meta Ads) for the salons assigned to that partner today, and nothing else; changing a salon's partner changes who can see it straight away, without anyone signing out. See Partner logins.

Fixes

  • End-of-Day Summary email: goal verdicts match the number shown. The email compared goals against more decimal places than it prints, so a card could show a figure equal to its goal and still say it was short (for example 20.0% against a 20% goal reading 0.0 pts short). Avg Sale, Retail %, Utilization and Rebooking % are now graded at the precision shown, the same as the Sales Dashboard.
  • The Lash Lounge: Today's Appointments includes guests with a declined membership payment. On Front Desk, a guest whose membership payment had declined was left off both the Non Members and Members tables, so they were missing from the day's list. They now appear under Non Members, where the front desk can see them and collect the payment during the visit. See Front Desk Dashboard.
  • On the 1st of the month, health tiles show last month's final figures instead of dashes. A new month has no completed day on the 1st, so the month-to-date tiles on Sales Dashboard → Salon Health (Avg Sales Per Visit, Total Visits, Retail %, Rebooking & Retention, Utilization) and the Rebooking % tile on Front Desk were blank. They now show the month that just closed, marked with its name (for example Sep final) and, in Goals mode, graded against that month's goals. Sales, appointments and member counts still show today, and the tiles return to month-to-date on the 2nd. This matches the End-of-Day Summary email. See Sales Dashboard and Front Desk Dashboard.
  • Feedback: a clear message when the service date is missing. Saving a new or edited entry on Front Desk → Feedback without a Service date now shows Service date is required under that field, instead of an error that didn't say what was wrong, and the entry isn't saved until you pick one. See Feedback.
  • The Lash Lounge: staff time no longer counts as guest visits. Lunches, breaks, staff meetings, training, PTO and sick days booked on the schedule, often under a placeholder client, were being counted as guest visits. They're now left out everywhere guests are counted: Visits, Unique Visitors, New Clients, Average Visit Price and Avg Sale per Visit, Rebooking % and Retention %, Booked Ahead, and Missing Formula Notes. Most locations won't notice a difference. A handful of locations that book a lot of staff time on the schedule will see lower visit counts and slightly lower Rebooking % and Retention % than before, because those blocks were inflating them. Revenue and Utilization don't change. See What counts as a visit.
  • Faster reports. Systemwide Data and Weekly Flash load noticeably faster, especially for a full year or every location at once. Retail % loads faster for Bishops shops and Frenchies studios on the Sales Dashboard, in the End-of-Day Summary email, and in Monthly Salon Metrics (Monthly Shop Metrics at Bishops). No numbers change.
  • Marketing Health: Converted Clients now fills in for every salon with conversions. On Marketing Analytics → Marketing Health, the Converted Clients table stayed empty for a salon with no Meta ad activity in the date range, including salons that advertise on Google only, even though the tiles above counted those clients. The table now lists them. It also clears as soon as you switch salons or change the dates, so it never shows another salon's clients. See Marketing Health.
  • Marketing Health: tracked calls from Google ads count as Google Paid. At salons whose call tracking runs through WhatConverts, most calls that came from a Google ad were filed under Direct, because the call carried no click details. They are now filed under Google Paid using the source the call-tracking service itself reports, so Marketing Analytics → Marketing Health shows those leads, conversions and revenue against Google ad spend. See Marketing Health.
  • Marketing Analytics: revenue matches your sales figures. Revenue and ROAS on Marketing Health, the lifetime revenue shown for a converted lead in Lead Manager, and attributed revenue on Meta Ads and Google Ads now use the same cash rule as sales on the Sales Dashboard. At The Lash Lounge, card convenience fees are no longer counted, so revenue reads slightly lower at salons that charge them. At Bishops shops and Frenchies studios, revenue now counts each payment on the day it was made, so membership payments and prepayments land in the month they were charged; Frenchies figures include sales tax, as Net Collections does. Leads, conversions and ad spend do not change. See Marketing Health.
  • Package Performance: only refunds reduce package sales. On Salon Reports → Legacy → Package Performance, a credit a guest traded in for account credit used to come off revenue and lower the Packages count by a whole package. Trade-ins now change neither, because that money stayed in the salon. A refund to a card or in cash still comes off revenue in the month it was processed, and Packages drops only when a guest is refunded every credit in a package. Three new columns show what happened: Packages Refunded, Credits Refunded and Credits Traded In. Revenue and package counts for months with trade-ins read higher as a result. The Package Sales $ and Lash Passes columns on Weekly Flash follow the same rule. See Package Performance.
  • Package Performance: the Detail download works again. On Salon Reports → Legacy → Package Performance, the download button in the Detail view was returning No package sales to download for your sites instead of a file. It now prepares the CSV of every row matching your filters. See Package Performance.
  • Revenue / Stylist Hour compares hours with the work done in them. On Sales Dashboard → Shop Health, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics, the Goals Report Card and the End-of-Day Summary email, Revenue / Stylist Hour now divides the services and retail sold in the period by your stylists' clocked hours. It used to divide cash collected, which counted membership charges and prepayments on days no stylist earned them and left out services paid with membership credit or a gift card. Expect it to read lower at locations with many members. Every other Revenue figure in these reports is unchanged. See Systemwide Data.
  • Frenchies: sales figures match Net Collections. The sales bars, the Month-to-Date Sales card, Sales — Year Over Year and Average Sales by Day of Month on the Sales Dashboard, goals, and the corporate reports that show cash collected for Frenchies studios, including Roll Up Sales, Systemwide Data, Franchise Performance, Weekly PE Summary and Budget vs Actual, now use the same rule as Net Collections on the point of sale's KPI report: money taken by card, cash, check or custom payment on the day it was paid, with sales tax included and tips left out. The corporate reports used to count the day of the sale and remove tax, which read a little under 1% low; the Sales Dashboard used to show what was sold. Avg Sales Per Visit, Retail %, the Average Stylist Sales table and Revenue by Employee are unchanged: they show what was sold, and it still matches Total Revenue on the KPI report. For Bishops shops the same Sales Dashboard figures and reports now count cash on the day it was paid, before sales tax and tips, which matches the point of sale's Collections report less tax. In the corporate reports the only visible change is money a guest paid ahead, which moves to the month it was paid. On the Sales Dashboard, expect the shape of the year to change for both systems: a month with heavy gift card sales, such as November or December, now reads higher than it did, and the months when those gift cards are used read lower. A revenue goal you set against the old figures is now measured against money taken in. See revenue and collections.
  • The Lash Lounge: trade-account payments are not counted as sales. A service or product paid on a trade account brings in no money, so it no longer adds to sales on the Sales Dashboard, in Monthly Salon Metrics, Systemwide Data and the other reports that show cash collected, or to the Cash / card column of the Gift Card Report (it shows under Other tenders). A handful of salons use trade accounts; their totals read slightly lower, including for past months. See revenue.
  • Lifetime figures count real money, once. At The Lash Lounge, Lifetime Sales on the Member Report, Spend and Retail on Lifetime Value of Member, and Lifetime value in Clients now count only what the client actually paid by card, cash or bank payment, before sales tax. Tips and card convenience fees are left out. A gift card, deposit or payment on account counts when it is bought, and not again when it is spent, and services paid with account credit, a gift card or a comp add nothing. Lifetime Sales used to add up every form of payment with tax and tips included, so it will read lower. A location's members now add up the same way its Sales Dashboard revenue does. At Frenchies, Lifetime Sales on the Member Report is now what the member actually paid, counted the way the point of sale counts collections. It used to add membership dues on top of the services those dues paid for, so it will read about a quarter to a third lower. See Member Report and Lifetime Value of Member.

Hotfix, October 2, 2026

  • Package Performance counts money that came in. On Salon Reports → Legacy → Package Performance, Total Revenue now counts only what was paid by card, cash or bank payment. A package bought with a gift card still counts as a package sold but adds no revenue, because that money was counted when the gift card was sold. A package paid entirely with account credit no longer appears, since that credit usually comes from package credits a guest traded in and the money was already counted. Expect revenue, and at some locations the package count, to read lower than before. Package Sales $ and Lash Passes on Weekly Flash follow the same rule: a Lash Pass paid entirely with account credit, or given free, is no longer counted. See Package Performance.
  • End-of-Day Summary email: Bishops Utilization matches the Sales Dashboard. The dashboard leaves front-desk and office staff out of shop-wide Utilization; the email was still counting their posted shifts, so at a shop where the front desk is on the schedule the email could show a lower Utilization than the dashboard. Both now leave them out and show the same number. Managers and stylists are counted as before. See Utilization.
  • Sales Dashboard: the 1st of the month follows the salon's date. On the 1st, the Salon Health tiles show last month's final figures (marked, for example, Sep final). Whether it was "the 1st" used to depend on the clock of the computer you were viewing from, so someone in another time zone could see the switch a few hours early or late, and a page left open overnight could keep last month's figures under an MTD caption. The salon's own date now decides, the same as on Front Desk and in the End-of-Day Summary email, and each tile's caption always describes the figures shown. On a phone, the month marker now sits under the tile's title instead of squeezing it onto two lines. See Sales Dashboard.
  • Full Sets and Starter Full Sets match the franchisor's definitions (The Lash Lounge). On Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the Weekly Flash Leaderboard, Full Sets now count paying full sets (at least $1) for clients who weren't members at any point in the 30 days before; members' full sets, free sets, lash consultations and Redo Full Set appointments no longer count, so full set counts come down. Starter Full Sets now count each client's first-ever full set at the salon when it was paid more than $89, including guests who came in before for a lift, tint or brow service, and members. SFS Mbr Conv % changes with them. See Full Sets & Starter Full Sets.
  • Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard moves to Corporate Reports ▸ Beta, with Starter Full Sets. Corporate and admin users can now run the Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard (formerly Weekly Flash (KPI Leaderboard)), one row per Lash Lounge location for a date range with each Friday-flash measure ranked across the system, from Corporate Reports → Beta. It gains a Starter Full Sets column and rank beside Full Sets. See Lash Lounge Weekly Flash Leaderboard.
  • Weekly PE Summary is in Corporate Reports ▸ Finance. The report sits in Corporate Reports → Finance beside Roll Up Sales Report and Cross-Center Redemptions, and no longer carries a Beta tag. Running it, its figures and who can open it are the same. See Weekly PE Summary.
  • Marketing partner logins are easier to find and add. Settings → Corporate Settings → Corp Staff Management now has a Marketing partner logins box with an Add or see partner logins button, and the Add corporate staff form points a marketing agency there instead of to a corporate role. Both open Franchise Management → Marketing Partners on its tab, now called Partners and logins. Each partner's row has an Add login button (or its number of logins), and an expanded partner shows its logins above its salons. The Add login form says what the login can see, warns when the partner has no salons yet (the person could not sign in), and checks the email address before sending it. The page also works on a phone, with each partner and login stacked. See Partner logins.
