Money words now mean one thing each: Revenue is what was sold and Collections is money taken in, on every screen, in every report and in the docs. Avg Revenue per Visit, Visits and the Total Visits goal count a guest once per day on every screen. Monthly Salon Metrics shows revenue split by members and non-members, card convenience fees leave every corporate figure, and lead counts follow each salon's own clock so Marketing Health, Lead Manager, Marketing Leads and the partner report agree. Frenchies studios see their Business KPI figures (Avg Ticket, Total Tickets, new memberships when sold, membership change as active members) everywhere, with upgrades and downgrades, and corporate teams get budget and variance by location and franchisee on the Corporate Dashboard, a system picker and first-time visits on Salon Performance by Marketing Partner, and integration keys that are tested when saved and hidden afterwards.

What's in this release

For salons

  • Avg Revenue per Visit shows what a visit was worth. In Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), Avg Revenue per Visit is now the services and retail sold, before tax, divided by Visits. A visit paid with membership credit, a gift card or a package counts at its full value, and membership dues no longer count on their own. It used to divide the Collections column by Visits. The Collections and Collections / Station figures in Systemwide Data are unchanged.

  • Call to Rebook: tag a guest once on their profile. A note tag such as #3weekrefill can now go in the client's note, red alert or yellow alert, so it no longer has to be typed on every appointment. When a guest has tags in more than one place, the last appointment note decides first, then the red alert, the yellow alert and the client's note.

  • Package Performance: one name for package sales. In Package Performance (Reports → Salon Reports → Legacy), the dollar column is Package Sales $ in both the Summary and Detail views and in their exports, and the cards read Package Sales and Packages Sold. It is the same figure, under the same name, as Package Sales $ on Weekly Flash. The figures themselves are unchanged.

  • Frenchies: studio Utilization counts every scheduled nail tech. The Utilization tile in Studio Health counts every nail tech on the schedule, including one who was scheduled but served no guests in the dates you picked, the same as Utilization% in Zenoti's Business KPI report. An employee stops counting after their last working day. This matters most early in the month, when a short date range could leave a scheduled tech out. Which employees appear in the Nail It! table is unchanged. See Utilization.

  • Frenchies: Utilization counts appointments left open. An appointment on a past day that was never checked out or cancelled counts toward Utilization, for the studio and for each employee in the Nail It! table, the same as Zenoti's reports.

  • Monthly Salon Metrics: revenue is what was sold, split by members and non-members. The revenue columns in Monthly Salon Metrics count services on the day they were performed and retail on the day it was sold, however the guest paid. Membership dues no longer count on their own; the visits they pay for do. For The Lash Lounge, Member Revenue (it replaces Membership Revenue) is everything active members generated, services and retail, and Non-Member Service Revenue is services for everyone else. Retail Revenue is all retail sold, with two new columns, Member Retail Revenue and Non-Member Retail Revenue; card convenience fees are not counted as retail. LY Total Revenue, the year-over-year columns and Revenue / Station follow the same rule. Bishops shops see the same change in Monthly Shop Metrics: Total Revenue, Service Revenue and Retail Revenue are what was sold. Total Revenue in this report is a different figure from Revenue in Systemwide Data and sales on the Sales Dashboard, which count money as it is paid.

  • Retail % is rounded once. On the Sales Dashboard, Retail % could show a tenth of a point off because the figure was rounded twice.

  • Frenchies: Request % and Star Rating in Nail It!. The Nail It! table on the Sales Dashboard and Revenue by Employee show two more columns from Zenoti's Nail It report: Request %, the share of an employee's service tickets on which the guest specifically asked for them, and Star Rating/Feedback, their average guest rating.

  • Frenchies: past months keep the job each employee had at the time. In Nail It!, Revenue by Employee and studio Utilization, whether an employee counts as a nail tech goes by the job they held on the last day of the dates you picked. A job change no longer moves an employee in or out of earlier months.

  • Frenchies: Revenue by Employee matches Nail It!. For Frenchies studios, Revenue by Employee lists the same employees as the Nail It! table on the Sales Dashboard, and the studio figures above the table cover those employees, so the rows add up to them. Its columns are the Nail It report's, in the same order.

  • Frenchies: Avg Ticket and Total Tickets match the KPI report. In Studio Health on the Sales Dashboard, Avg Ticket and Total Tickets count every ticket and all service and retail sales at the studio, the same as Avg Total Ticket and Total # of Tickets in Zenoti's Business KPI report. The Goals Report Card grades against the same figures. The Nail It! table still covers the employees it lists.

  • Frenchies: Membership Change is the change in active members. In Membership Management on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, and in the End-of-Day Summary email, Membership Change for Frenchies studios is active members now minus active members at the end of last month. The rows beneath it (New Memberships, Terminations, Suspensions) are shown for information and do not add up to it. In Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), Net Mbr Change for Frenchies is Active Members at the end of the range minus Active Members at the end of the day before it starts.

  • Frenchies: upgrades and downgrades. In Membership Management on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, and in the End-of-Day Summary email, Upgrades counts membership sales where a Polish Pass Select member moved to Polish Pass Premier, and Downgrades the reverse. Each is also counted in New Memberships. See Membership Management.

  • Frenchies: new memberships match the KPI report. A new membership is counted when it is sold, the same as # New Memberships Sold in Zenoti's Business KPI report: every membership sale on a ticket dated in the range, including a sale on a ticket that is still open and a membership that starts next month. This applies everywhere new memberships appear for Frenchies studios: the Sales Dashboard, Front Desk, the Goals Report Card, the end-of-day email, Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics. See what counts as a new member.

  • Goals: the goal amount is required. In Salon goals (Settings → Salon Settings → Goals), the monthly Collections goal is marked with an asterisk and goals are saved only with it filled in. When something on the page cannot be saved, the message appears beside the field that needs attention.

  • Goals: type the recommended targets directly. In Salon goals (Settings → Salon Settings → Goals), the cards in Recommended targets can be edited. Enter the average ticket, tickets or appointments you expect and the others follow, and the targets fill in as you go.

  • Frenchies: Duplicate Appointments is off the Front Desk. The Duplicate Appointments tile and table on the Front Desk no longer appear for Frenchies studios. A guest booking for friends or family is often entered as separate appointments under the one guest, and the list was flagging those as duplicates. Bishops shops and Lash Lounge salons keep it.

  • Sales Dashboard: the CC fees toggle covers the sales charts. On the Sales Dashboard, setting CC fees to Exclude takes card convenience fees out of the sales by month and by day of the month charts as well as the health bars and tiles. The sales by weekday chart shows what was sold, which never includes the fee. The toggle starts on Exclude, so the dashboard and Goals Report Card show the same collections and the same target for a percentage goal; switch it to Include to see sales with the fee.

  • Goals Report Card: collections leave card convenience fees out. In Goals Report Card (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), a month's Collections line and the earlier month a percentage goal grows from no longer count card convenience fees. For a salon that charges the fee, collections and percentage targets read lower; flat-amount targets are unchanged.

  • User permissions: Salon, Studio or Shop Admin Access. When adding or editing a user in User management, the admin toggle is named for your location: Salon Admin Access at Lash Lounge salons, Studio Admin Access at Frenchies studios and Shop Admin Access at Bishops shops. What the toggle allows is the same.

  • Staff permission: Revenue Dashboard Access is Sales Dashboard Access. In Settings → Salon Settings → Staff, the permission that opens the Sales Dashboard is named after the page. Who has it is unchanged. See User Management.

  • Integration keys are tested when you save. In Salon Settings → Integrations, saving a WhatConverts or CallRail integration checks the keys with that service. Keys the service rejects are not saved, and the message says what to fix.

  • Integration fields named after the vendor's own terms. In Salon Settings → Integrations, the WhatConverts fields read API Token and API Secret, and the CallRail fields read API key and account ID. The WhatConverts fields say which is the shorter value and which is the longer one.

  • Integration keys stay hidden once saved. In Salon Settings → Integrations, a saved CallRail key or WhatConverts secret is hidden from everyone. Edit integration shows that it is connected and the key's last four characters. Leave a field blank to keep the key, type a new one to replace it, and use Disconnect to remove the integration.

  • Gift Card Report: redemptions without tips, and free cards counted. In the Gift Card Report (Reports → Salon Reports → Legacy), Redemptions leaves out tips paid with a gift card, so it reads lower where guests tip from a card. Face value and Discount count a card given away for nothing at its full loaded value, so both read higher where salons give cards away.

  • One name for the per-visit average: Avg Revenue per Visit. The average of services and retail sold per visit is called Avg Revenue per Visit on the Sales Dashboard, in Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the End-of-Day Summary email. It was shown under three names. On the Sales Dashboard, in Goals Report Card and in the email the figure is unchanged; in Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics it changes as described above. Frenchies studios keep Avg Ticket.

  • Sales Dashboard: Average Revenue by Day of Week. The weekday chart on the Sales Dashboard is named Average Revenue by Day of Week, because it shows what was sold on each day, not money taken in. The figures are unchanged. Revenue and collections explains the two.

  • Stylist table: Sales columns are now Revenue. The per-stylist table on the Sales Dashboard is titled Average Stylist Revenue, and its columns read Total Revenue, Service Revenue, Retail Revenue, Revenue / Visit and Revenue / Hr. Revenue by Employee and the End-of-Day Summary email's Top Performers table use the same names. They show what each stylist sold, which is revenue. The figures are unchanged, and Frenchies studios keep their Nail It! columns.

  • Lead Manager: lead types match Marketing Health. In Lead Manager (Marketing Analytics → Lead Manager), New and Win-back rows together are the leads Marketing Health counts as New Leads, so the table, the filtered Conversion Rate and the New Leads tile agree. Two inquiries from the same person are labelled correctly whichever arrived first, an inquiry too recent to sort reads Not yet classified, and Total Leads shows the full count for the date range.

  • Salon goals: Revenue goal is now Collections goal. In Settings → Salon Settings → Goals, the monthly goal is named Collections goal for every location, because it is measured on money taken in. Frenchies studios already saw this name. Your saved goals and how they are graded are unchanged.

  • Membership Management: New Sales is now New Memberships. In Membership Management on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, the row that counts memberships sold this month is named New Memberships. It is a count, not a dollar figure, and the count is unchanged.

  • Avg Revenue per Visit divides by the salon's guest-days. On the Sales Dashboard, in Goals Report Card, Systemwide Data, Monthly Salon Metrics and the End-of-Day Summary email, Avg Revenue per Visit and Total Visits count a guest once per day, however many stylists served them, so the figure is the same on every screen for the same dates. The Sales Dashboard tile and Goals Report Card counted a guest once per stylist, so they read a little lower where guests see two stylists on one day, and the Total Visits goal is graded on the same count. A stylist's own row still counts the guest once per stylist. See what counts as a visit.

  • Bishops: Visits are guest-days. In Systemwide Data and Monthly Shop Metrics, Visits for Bishops shops counts a guest once per day, the same count as the Sales Dashboard. Two appointments for one guest on one day no longer count twice.

  • Frenchies: Systemwide Data divides by tickets. In Systemwide Data, the Avg Revenue per Visit column for Frenchies studios is Avg Ticket: sales divided by tickets, the same figure as the studio's Sales Dashboard and Zenoti's Business KPI report. It divided by visits.

  • Lead days follow the salon's clock. On Marketing Health, in Lead Manager and in the Marketing Leads report, a lead counts on the day it arrived at the salon, not the day in Coordinated Universal Time, so an evening inquiry no longer lands on the next day. New Leads on these pages now equals Salon Performance by Marketing Partner for the same dates, the Marketing Leads detail shows each Inquiry Date in the salon's own time, the Weekly Flash lead count follows the same days, and a location with no time zone on record counts on Eastern time.

  • Report lists say what each report measures. On the Salon Reports, Corporate Reports and Draft Reports pages, each card's description says collections where the report counts money taken in and revenue where it counts what was sold, and the category tag on money reports reads Sales.

For corporate teams

  • Corporate Dashboard: budget and variance by franchisee and by location. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the detail table shows Budget MTD, Var MTD, Budget YTD and Var YTD for each location, and the Franchisees rank shows the same for each owner. Budget that is loaded for a system but reaches no location is listed on its own row, Budget not matched to a salon or Planned openings, no salon yet, so the column adds up to the system's Var to Budget tiles. The monthly collections trend draws a dotted Budget line for the same months.
  • Frenchies reports are not listed for corporate users yet. For corporate users, the Frenchies reports no longer appear on the report list pages. The reports still open from a saved link, and platform admins see them as before.
  • Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: choose the franchise system. Salon Performance by Marketing Partner runs for each franchise system your access covers, one at a time. With more than one, you choose the system before the report runs and switch with System at the start of the toolbar; the Excel export follows the system on screen. Corporate teams for Bishops and Frenchies now see the report under Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta.
  • Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: first-time visits for Bishops and Frenchies. FTV is filled in for Bishops shops and Frenchies studios: each guest's first completed visit at that location. For Bishops it is the same count as New Clients on Monthly Shop Metrics.
  • Salon Performance by Marketing Partner no longer shows Forms – Lashes and Forms – Other. Both columns were empty for every location, so they are off the report and its Excel export. Total Forms is unchanged.
  • Cross-Center Redemptions covers The Lash Lounge only. Cross-Center Redemptions (Reports → Corporate Reports → Finance) lists and runs for The Lash Lounge. Frenchies is no longer offered in its Franchise Systems picker, and the report isn't shown to users whose access is Frenchies only.
  • Salon Performance by Partner is now Salon Performance by Marketing Partner. The report in Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta is named Salon Performance by Marketing Partner on its card, its page and its Excel workbook. Its Collections column (named Revenue until this release) now leaves out the card convenience fees some locations charge, the same as Roll Up Sales as it opens.
  • Salon Performance by Marketing Partner counts new leads only. Total Forms, Calls and Unique Leads, now labelled New Leads (Unique), count new leads, the same figure as New Leads on Marketing Health for the same dates. A current client who fills in a form or calls is an existing customer, not a lead, and is no longer counted. Blended CPL uses the same count.
  • Member Report: next autopay for Frenchies members. In the Member Report (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta), Next AutoPay Date and Next AutoPay Amount now fill in for Frenchies members with an upcoming membership draft. They were blank for every Frenchies member.
  • Marketing Leads: Unique Leads is now Unique Contacts. In Marketing Leads (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing), the Summary column that counts each phone number or email the first time it reaches the salon is now labelled Unique Contacts. It includes existing clients, and an existing client is not a lead. The figures are unchanged.
  • Franchisee Prospects: a Min Spend filter, and spend counted as money paid. Franchisee Prospects (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing) has a Min Spend box, opening at $1,000, that keeps only guests who paid at least that much in the date range. Service Value (window) is replaced by two columns, Spend in Range and Lifetime Spend, both counting money actually paid, the same way as the Sales Dashboard. A guest now needs a completed visit in the date range to be listed. Enter 0 in Min Spend for the full list. An optional Min Lifetime Spend box narrows the list further to guests who have also paid at least that much over their whole history.
  • Weekly PE Summary leaves card convenience fees out of sales. In Weekly PE Summary (Reports → Corporate Reports), Current Period Sales, Prior Year Sales, the variances and Pace now leave out the card convenience fees some Lash Lounge locations charge, so the totals match Roll Up Sales as it opens. The CC Fees column shows the amount left out. Bishops and Frenchies figures are unchanged.
  • Corporate Dashboard leaves card convenience fees out of collections. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), collections on every tile, leaderboard, table and trend, and both Var to Budget tiles, now leave out the card convenience fees some Lash Lounge locations charge. Collections here now match Roll Up Sales as it opens, Weekly PE Summary and Systemwide Data. Bishops and Frenchies figures are unchanged.
  • Corporate Dashboard: plainer notes. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the Collections definition entry says what the figure is in plain words, and the Bishops Cuts / Color note reads "figures begin March 2024" with the same explanation of the partial months.
  • Corporate Dashboard: Same-store YoY and Same-store YTD. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the comparison that counts only locations with collections in both periods is named Same-store YoY and Same-store YTD. It was labelled Revenue-comparable. The rule and the figures are unchanged.
  • Money taken in is called Collections. On the Corporate Dashboard (Franchise Performance), the tiles, leaderboards, table, trend and notes say collections where they said sales or revenue, and the Revenue definition entry is Collections definition. In Systemwide Data (Reports → Salon Reports → Sales), the columns are Collections, Collections Rank, LY Collections, LM Collections and Collections / Station, and the card is Total Collections. Retail Revenue, Avg Revenue per Visit and Rev / Stylist Hr keep their names because they show what was sold. In Salon Performance by Marketing Partner, the Revenue column and card are Collections, on the page and in the Excel workbook. On Marketing Health, Google Ads and Meta Ads, the money paid by converted leads is Collections: Collections & ROAS, Collections (horizon), Compounding Collections, Attributed Collections (Lifetime) and Include collections through. In Marketing Leads and Lead Manager, Lifetime Revenue is Lifetime Collections, on the page and in the export. In Goals Report Card, the Revenue line is Collections, matching the Collections goal it is measured against. In the Gift Card Report, Total Revenue is Total Collections and % of Total Revenue is % of Total Collections, on the page and in the export. See Revenue and collections. The figures are unchanged.
  • Franchise CCR: Amount Paid is now Credit Redeemed. In Franchise CCR, the column that shows the value of membership credit redeemed for a visit is named Credit Redeemed. It was never money paid. The figures are unchanged.
  • Marketing Leads: lead types match Marketing Health. In Marketing Leads (Reports → Corporate Reports → Marketing), New Leads plus Win-back equals New Leads on Marketing Health for the same dates, and a Not Yet Classified column holds the last day or two of inquiries so the types add up to Total Inquiries.
  • Member Report: Lifetime Sales is now Lifetime Spend. In the Member Report (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta), the column showing what a member has paid at the location is named Lifetime Spend, on the page and in the export. The figures are unchanged.

For platform admins

  • Budget vs Actual leaves card convenience fees out of actuals. In Budget vs Actual (Reports → Draft Reports), Actual YTD, PY YTD, the monthly Actual view and both variances now leave out the card convenience fees some Lash Lounge locations charge, so they match Roll Up Sales as it opens and Weekly PE Summary. Bishops and Frenchies figures are unchanged.
  • Call Log runs for one salon at a time. Call Log (Reports → Draft Reports) now reports on the salon selected in the switcher at the top right, shown beside Location. The Franchise Systems and Locations pickers are gone. Change the switcher and run it again to see another salon.
  • Call Log: credit for earlier attempts, and a clear "No contact today". In Call Log (Reports → Draft Reports), a guest who stays on a worklist for several days keeps the attempts made on earlier days of that stay. Each day still states whether the guest was contacted that day: a row reads Contacted today or No contact today, with the last attempt shown beneath. Each day's heading counts guests contacted that day, contacted earlier, and not yet contacted.

Fixes

  • Salon Performance by Marketing Partner: columns and phone layout. A long note under a column heading no longer stretches that column and pushes the other figures off the screen, and on a phone the toolbar's controls stay inside the screen.
  • Front Desk: client notes and alerts show in POS Notes. A guest's client note, red alert and yellow alert now show in POS Notes on the Front Desk Dashboard for every guest who has them. The note used to show only for profiles edited in the last few days, and alerts did not show.
  • Frenchies: Active Members at a studio with no members. The Active Members tile on the Sales Dashboard and Front Desk, and the End-of-Day Summary email, show 0 for a studio with no active memberships. A studio whose last membership had ended could keep showing that last count.
  • Bishops and Frenchies: today counts per stylist. On the Sales Dashboard's Average Stylist Revenue table and in Revenue by Employee, today's sales, tickets and visits show under the stylist who made the sale, so Average Ticket and the per-visit figures include today. They used to wait until the next morning, or show as unassigned.
  • Bishops and Frenchies: today's Sales include every payment. A payment taken on a ticket that was still open, or changed after the ticket closed, is now counted in today's Sales. Some of these were missed until the next morning.
  • Frenchies: Member Report lists current members and shows their real status. Member Report (Reports → Corporate Reports → Beta) listed guests whose membership had ended long before the selected dates, and showed some of them as Active. It lists a guest only when their membership was active in the date range or recently suspended. Current Status reads Suspended for a membership on hold, Member Services Completed counts every service redeemed with membership credit, Joined On is the start of the guest's first membership, and a member whose profile is kept at another studio shows their name and contact details.
  • Sales Dashboard: no sideways scrolling on a tablet or phone. On the Sales Dashboard, a location with a flagged row in the stylist table made the whole page scroll sideways on a narrow screen. Only the table scrolls.

Hotfix, October 10, 2026

  • Systemwide Data runs again for Lash Lounge corporate users. From the October 9 release until October 10, Systemwide Data ended with "This report couldn't be completed" when the only franchise system in your access was The Lash Lounge. Users with more than one system, and Bishops and Frenchies users, were not affected. Fixed; no figures changed.
