This release brings The Lash Lounge's member counts into line with updated definitions, on every report and dashboard and for past months too, and makes the per-day amount on the Sales Dashboard Goals card match the end-of-day email.

What's in this release

For salons

  • Member counts (The Lash Lounge): member numbers follow updated definitions, on every report and dashboard, for past months too.
    • True Terminations reads higher. Memberships the salon cancelled and members whose membership simply ran out now count. Members who switch plans or re-sign within 31 days do not.
    • New Members reads higher. A member whose first sign-up was cancelled in the same month and who then joined properly counts as new.
    • Active Members for past months reads lower. Only members who paid dues that month and still held a membership at month end count.
    • Active Members today includes members between memberships whose next one is already signed.
  • Sales Dashboard, Goals: the per-day amount still needed to hit your collections goal now shows whether you're ahead or behind, not only when you're behind, and matches the end-of-day email: the email's "$1,115 a day for the remaining 15 days" is the dashboard's "$1,115/day needed for 15 days" the next morning. Today counts as a remaining day until it ends, on the collections card and the Total Visits tile. Read more
    • Updated in the October 21, 2026 release: the per-day amount now counts only the days after today, the same count the end-of-day email uses.

Hotfix, 2026-10-19

  • Sales Dashboard > Salon Health > Goals: the Month-to-Date Sales card no longer repeats Today's target under the bar. That figure is the Today card's own goal line, and beside the month goal it read as a second monthly number. The needed per day line stays. See Sales Dashboard.
