October 22, 2026 release

This release adds filters to the Member Report: narrow the list by membership type, by status, to new members only, or to members whose autopay is due in the next 7, 14 or 30 days, with the download and the counts above the table following the filter. Two fixes: 7-Day Appointments at Mindbody salons counts an add-on booked onto an appointment as part of that appointment, and Add staff no longer offers franchisor and corporate team accounts.

What's in this release

For salons

• Member Report (Salon Reports → Members): filter the list by membership type, by status, to new members only, or to members whose autopay is due in the next 7, 14 or 30 days. The table, the download and the counts above the table cover just the members who match. See Member Report.

Fixes

• 7-Day Appointments (Sales Dashboard, Front Desk Dashboard and the end-of-day owner summary, which also shows tomorrow's bookings) at salons on Mindbody: an add-on booked onto an appointment, such as a stylist upgrade, is now counted as part of that appointment instead of as an appointment of its own, so the count matches the appointments on your book. The count comes down for salons that book add-ons this way. On the day this goes live, the plus-or-minus change beside the count reads Change unavailable until the next morning's opening count. • User Management → Add staff (The Lash Lounge): the list no longer offers franchisor and corporate team accounts. Mindbody keeps these accounts off a salon's staff list, but they were showing up in Add staff as people to add. See User Management.

Hotfix, October 22, 2026

• Meta Ads (Marketing): a newly mapped ad account shows an empty page until its first figures arrive, instead of "Failed to load Meta Ads data".
• Member Report (Salon Reports → Members): the report runs faster for Lash Lounge salons. Nothing in it changes.
• Bishops and Frenchies corporate teams: Corporate Reports, Shop Reports, Studio Reports and the Corporate Dashboard are open again to corporate and corp-admin users of these two systems. A corporate user who covers more than one system sees Bishops and Frenchies locations again in those reports and in the Corporate Dashboard totals. See Corporate Reports and Salon Reports.
