November 5, 2026 release
The Sales Dashboard can now show Revenue, what was sold, beside Collections, money taken in, for every salon, and Monthly Salon Metrics counts no-show and cancellation fees in its own column. Frenchies studios get Monthly Studio Metrics, Frenchies collections leave out sales tax, Net Member Change counts members coming back from a pause, and the Corporate Dashboard keeps your view when you reload.
What's in this release
For salons
- Monthly Studio Metrics for Frenchies. Frenchies studios now have the monthly metrics report, in Studio Reports: revenue split, last year and year over year, visitors, retail %, productivity and stylist count by quarter, month and day. Its Total Revenue is the same figure as Total Revenue on your Zenoti KPI report.
- No-Show & Cancellation Fees column on Monthly Shop Metrics (Bishops) and Monthly Studio Metrics (Frenchies). The charges a guest pays for missing an appointment or cancelling it late now show in their own column and count in Total Revenue, so the total matches the Zenoti KPI report. Service Revenue is unchanged; totals for past months move up by the fees.
- Revenue on the Sales Dashboard and Monthly Salon Metrics for The Lash Lounge. The Show: Collections | Revenue switch now appears for Lash Lounge salons too, with the same definition as Bishops and Frenchies: services on the day they were performed, retail on the day it was sold, plus no-show and cancellation fees. Monthly Salon Metrics gains a No-Show & Cancellation Fees column and counts those charges in Total Revenue, so its total is the same figure as Revenue on the dashboard; past months move up by the fees. A member of another salon served at yours now counts at the value of the credit they used. Revenue for Lash Lounge salons is built overnight; the caption under the controls says the date it is complete through, and the day card says the data is delayed one day by MindBody's daily update rather than showing a day with nothing in it yet. For every salon with the switch, Compare set to Goals now shows Collections and sets the switch aside, because monthly goals are collections targets; it comes back with Month over Month or Year over Year.
- Collections or Revenue on the Sales Dashboard (Frenchies and Bishops). A new Show: Collections | Revenue switch in Salon Health lets you read the sales bars, Sales — Year Over Year and Average Sales by Day of Month as money taken in (Collections, the default and unchanged) or as what was sold (Revenue). Revenue is services and retail on the day they were performed or sold plus no-show and cancellation fees, the same figure as Total Revenue on your KPI report. Goals keep grading collections. See the Sales Dashboard guide.
For corporate teams
-
Frenchies: sales tax left out of collections. Collections for Frenchies studios no longer include sales tax, the same as Bishops and The Lash Lounge. This changes the sales bars, the Month-to-Date Sales card, Sales — Year Over Year and Average Sales by Day of Month on the Sales Dashboard (with Show set to Collections), goals, Franchise Performance, Roll Up Sales, Systemwide Data, Weekly PE Summary, Budget vs Actual, Lifetime Spend on the Member Report, and campaign spend and collections figures. Frenchies figures read lower by the sales tax collected, including past months. To compare with Zenoti, use the Sales - Cash report with open and closed invoices, totalling Sales Collected (Exc.Tax); see Comparing with Zenoti for the payment types counted.
-
Revenue / Stylist Hour, Frenchies: a dash when the hours are not on record. When a period includes sales from before a studio's first clocked shift, Revenue / Stylist Hour shows — instead of a figure that would read far too high, on Monthly Studio Metrics, Systemwide Data, the Sales Dashboard and the End-of-Day Summary. This is the rule Bishops shops already have. A studio whose clocked hours are not on record for part of a period sees the dash for that period; for a current month this is rare, for a year-to-date range it is common.
-
Member Report, Frenchies: Member Services Completed counts closed invoices only. A redeemed service now counts on the day its invoice closed, the same rule as the Membership redeemed figure on the Zenoti Business KPI report, so the column no longer includes services on invoices that are still open or voided, and a refunded service that kept its membership credit still counts.
-
Corporate Dashboard keeps your view when you reload. The franchise system you picked, Locations or Owners, the total or per-location-day view, the label filter and the search now stay put when you reload the page, along with the reporting date. Copy the page's link to share exactly what you're looking at. See Franchise Performance.

Fixes
- Net Member Change now counts members returning from a pause (The Lash Lounge). A member who came back from a pause wasn't being added back, so a salon could show a loss in a month it actually grew. The figure on the Sales Dashboard, Front Desk, the End-of-Day Summary, Systemwide Data and Monthly Salon Metrics now adds them back, and the dashboard, Front Desk and the email show the count. A member who terminates while still on a pause from an earlier month is no longer subtracted twice; they still appear in Terminations. Past periods on the reports change too. See how it's defined.
- Corporate Dashboard: owners of a single location are shown as owners in the opened row and the export. Opening the row of an owner who has one location used to say no owner mapping for this franchise system yet, and the CSV export marked them Attributed to an owner: No, even though the row is named after them. The opened row now lists their location like any owner's, and the export says Yes. Only a location with no owner on record says so.
- Seven Frenchies studios show their own budget again. On the Corporate Dashboard, Budget vs Actual, and Weekly PE Summary when filtered to particular studios, Franklin, Winston-Salem, San Antonio, New Braunfels, Ventura, Charlotte - South End and Lakeway were each showing another studio's budget, so their variance to budget was wrong. For example, Franklin showed a large beat because it was being compared with a budget that stopped at the end of March. The Frenchies total was not affected.
- The Total row on Monthly Salon Metrics stays in view. On a desktop or tablet the table scrolls inside its box, and the Total row at the bottom could be cut off or out of sight until you scrolled the table itself. It now stays pinned at the bottom of the table, in line with the column headers at the top. The definitions under the table are folded away under Definitions; click to open them. On a phone the Period column is narrower so more of the figures show.
Update, November 5
These changes went live after the release above.
For salons
- Google Ads funnel reads as a share of the step above. On Marketing > Google Ads, the funnel used to show each step with a red down arrow, for example ▼ 90.58% on Clicks, which looked like a drop from an earlier period. Each step now shows its share of the step above in plain text, for example 9.4% of impressions for Clicks, the same layout as the Meta Ads funnel. The figures themselves are unchanged. See Trend & funnel.
- Lead Manager: choose how many rows to show. On Marketing > Lead Manager, a Rows per page menu at the bottom of the table shows 25, 50, 100 or 250 leads and online bookings per page, and the page remembers your choice. See Lead Manager.
- Lead Manager clean-up. On Marketing > Lead Manager: Today, This Week and the other quick ranges now use your own calendar day, so in the evening Today no longer jumps to tomorrow and shows no leads. Changing the date range returns you to the first page. Online Bookings counts bookings and waitlist requests, and leaves out bookings the guest cancelled online (shown underneath). A phone call with no caller name shows the phone number instead of "Unknown". The Filtered tile appears only while a filter is on, Last Contact is left out when no lead in the range has one, and an empty range shows — for Conversion Rate. See Lead Manager.
- Lead Manager: leads and online bookings in separate views. On Marketing > Lead Manager, a Leads | Online bookings switch above the table shows one or the other, instead of mixing bookings into the lead list. The bookings view has its own columns (Service, Stylist, Appointment, Booked On, Status and First Visit), a Status filter and its own CSV export. Click the Online Bookings tile to jump to it. See Online bookings.
- Meta Ads and Google Ads: clearer numbers. On Marketing > Meta Ads and Marketing > Google Ads:
- CAC shows — for a campaign with no converted clients, instead of $0.00.
- Rates and costs show — for a date range with no activity, instead of $0.00 or 0.00%.
- On a date range longer than 60 days, the Hour of day chart shows the last 60 days of the range, labelled Last 60 days, instead of an error. A section that cannot load says so in plain words.
- The Platform and Network donuts give every platform its own colour, so no two slices look the same in any salon's colours.
- Hour of day: point to or tap an hour to see its impressions, spend and clicks.
- Google Ads: the Trend line for Cost / Conv breaks on days with no conversions instead of dropping to $0, its 7-day average is total spend ÷ total conversions, and today is left off the daily view until its numbers are complete.
- Full-Funnel ROAS: a lead whose ad link carries a mistyped campaign number is now matched to its campaign by name, so it counts under that campaign instead of Unattributed. A return below 0.1× shows two decimals (for example 0.04×) instead of 0.0×. The note under the table explains that unattributed leads are mostly phone calls where the call tracking didn't record which campaign.
- Meta Ads: ads Meta hasn't ranked yet show Not rated instead of Below avg. The funnel compares Leads with link clicks, because instant-form leads never visit a landing page. Reach explains that it is added up day by day, and the frequency figure is removed. The Clicks tile is Clicks (all), with link clicks underneath. The campaign table labels Leads (Meta) and Converted (our records). The creative leaderboard adds New Leads and a real cost per new lead, and shows the top 15 with Show all. The placement and device breakdowns drop columns that never had data. See Meta Ads.
- Google Ads: conversions are whole numbers everywhere. Conv Value is labelled Conv Value (Google), a value set in Google Ads and not your sales. The campaign table explains the unattributed row. The age and gender coverage note no longer shows a warning. See Google Ads.
