July 31, 2026 release

A roundup of the headlines in this release — a new Budget vs Actual report, a full loop around goals, printing that produces the whole report, and a marketing view that now starts at 1 January 2026. Each item links to its full note.
Reports
- New report: Budget vs Actual — budget and sales side by side, with the salons furthest behind at the top, and blanks that stay blank instead of pretending to be zero.
- Printing a report now prints the whole report — every row across as many pages as it takes, every column sized to the paper, and the report's name and date range at the top.
- Package Performance: see who sold each package — break the summary out by the selling associate.
- Franchisee Prospects: the full list now downloads as a CSV — a twelve-month window completes, and the download carries every guest, not just the ones on screen.
Goals
- Goals: see how you did, a month or a year at a time — review a finished month on the dashboard, or a whole year at once in Goal Attainment.
- Goals: recommended targets now start from where you are today — recommendations built on your current pace rather than a year-old month, targets that drift from the goal get flagged, and a three-cent shortfall is no longer called a miss.
Corporate & settings
- System Budget: a read-only grid, a per-week breakdown, and an import summary — budget is set by the workbook, with the per-location detail behind every week.
- Weekly PE Summary: two ways to read budget — a Pace basis alongside Prorated, and budget figures that are now exact on month-shaped ranges.
- Set a deposit policy that matches how you actually book — flat, percentage, or account credit, scoped to the services you choose, with a Why Flagged column on Missing Deposit.
Marketing
- Marketing reporting now starts 1 January 2026 — Google Ads, Meta Ads, CallRail and WhatConverts share one start date, and earlier history is no longer reported.
- Lead emails now come from leads@salon360.ai — one consistent sender for every new-lead alert and follow-up reminder.
