A roundup of the headlines in this release — a reorganized Reports section, more accurate numbers across packages/autopay/retention, one contact log the whole front desk can see, goal recommendations, and budget workbook import. Each item links to its full note.
Reports
- Reports, reorganized — a new DART Reports section, Corporate Reports grouped into sections with Favorites, two reports graduated out of internal testing, Draft Reports renamed and narrowed to platform admins, and clearer toolbars on branded palettes.
- More accurate numbers: packages, autopay forecasts, and Retention % — Package Performance stops counting retail kits as packages, autopay forecasts stop counting money that was never coming, and Retention % measures on a fairer 90-day window.
The front desk
- One contact log for calls, texts, and notes — every touch on a client, in one timeline the whole team can see, so nobody double-calls a guest who was already reached.
Marketing
- Marketing: conversion and attribution accuracy fixes — credit-funded regulars no longer miscount as conversions, purchases paid on another client's ticket now credit the right person, win-backs are labeled, unattributed ad spend shows as unknown instead of $0, and a batch of older form-fill leads gets its duplicate history merged.
Corporate & settings
- Goals: work backwards from a revenue target — set a revenue goal and see what it actually takes to get there, with a capacity check before you commit.
- Franchise Management: Budgets card moves in, plus workbook import — weekly budgets move onto Franchise Management, with a guided import for full budget workbooks, not just a tidy CSV.
