Report fixes: full date ranges in CCR, and a truer New Members count
Two behavior fixes land in reports today, alongside the documentation overhaul.
CCR reports now include the end date. The Corporate CCR, Franchise CCR, and Cross-Center Redemptions reports previously stopped one day short of the end date you picked — running "May 1 to May 31" silently returned May 1–30, which made month-end reconciliations against MBO's Reciprocity Report come up short. The end date is now fully included: the dates you pick are the dates you get.
New Members now means new. Previously, any membership contract that started in your date range counted as a "new member" — including renewals and tier changes by people who were already members. Now a client only counts as a new member if their membership started while they weren't already a member (no membership on file the day before it started). Renewals and upgrades no longer inflate the count; a lapsed member who rejoins still counts. This applies to the Systemwide reports (both versions), the New Mbrs from SFS / SFS conversion columns, and the Member Report's New Member flag — all now share one definition, spelled out in What counts as a "new member". Expect New Members counts to read slightly lower — and more honestly — than before.
Systemwide (All Systems) is now a true mirror of Systemwide Data. The corporate version previously carried a reduced column set; it now returns every column of the Secret Reports original — the full membership detail (True Terms, Suspended, Future Mbr Appts, Net Mbr Change, Retention %), autopay, full sets, SFS conversion, Soft Open/Months, Beds, FBC and FAC Region — prefixed by a Franchise System column. Columns whose data only exists for The Lash Lounge are blank for other systems, with the missing-data banner explaining which and why. The FAC column is now labelled FAC Region on both versions, matching the corporate spreadsheet format.
Also in this release: the Franchise CCR missing-data banner now correctly says how many In visits are affected (it used to say "columns"), and the Corporate Reports page has a proper help article linked from the in-app help button.
