Docs: every report page now spells out exactly how its numbers are computed

We traced every on-demand report — Systemwide, Roll Up Sales, Weekly PE Summary, the three CCR reports, Package Performance, Revenue by Employee, and the Member Report — back to its source logic and rewrote the documentation so each metric states its exact criteria.

Highlights:

  • Members and New Members are now precisely defined. A member is a client whose membership was active as of your range's end date (suspended members still count); a new member is a client whose membership started within the range. The Members & Memberships definition now includes a dedicated "What counts as a new member" section.
  • Systemwide Data's membership columns are fully documented — True Terms, Suspended, Future Mbr Appts, Net Mbr Change, Retention %, Starter Full Sets, and SFS conversion each now state exactly what they count.
  • CCR date ranges fixed, not just documented — see today's "Report fixes" entry: the end date you pick is now fully included.
  • The CCR definition now covers Frenchies, which shares membership credit across centers, and explains how a credit's value is measured in each system.
  • Royalty and NAF columns now state where the rates come from (per-salon admin settings, 6%/2% defaults) and how deductions are computed.
  • Weekly PE Summary, Roll Up Sales, Package Performance, Revenue by Employee, and Member Report pages each gained corrections and fuller column definitions.
  • A new Corporate Reports overview page documents that area of the Reports sidebar, including which reports appear for which franchise systems.
