Systemwide Data covers all your brands — and a Last Month correction
For corporate teams: the Systemwide Data report (Corporate → Beta) now covers Bishops Cuts | Color and Frenchies alongside The Lash Lounge, in one run if you want it. This release also corrects the report's LM Revenue and month-over-month columns, which had been calculated incorrectly — details below, because historical numbers you may have already seen will change.
One report, every booking system
A Franchise Systems selector at the top lets you run the report for one system, several, or all of them together. When more than one system is in the run, a Franchise System column identifies each location's brand, and locations are ranked across the whole run.
Not every measure exists on every booking system. Where a system genuinely can't provide a figure, that cell shows an em-dash (—) rather than a zero: a dash means "this system doesn't report that," never "the location did zero." A banner above the results lists anything that's unavailable for the systems in your run, so you know before you read the numbers, not after.
The CSV download mirrors exactly the columns you see on screen.
The Last Month correction — read this if you use LM/MoM
The LM Revenue, MoM $, and MoM % columns had a calculation bug: they were built from a single day of last month rather than the full month. This affected The Lash Lounge's Systemwide Data report for as long as those columns have existed — so last-month and month-over-month figures you saw on earlier runs were wrong, in most cases far too low.
The calculation is fixed. If you exported or quoted LM/MoM figures from earlier runs, re-pull them — current runs are correct. Every other column, including Revenue, LY Revenue, and the YoY comparisons, was unaffected.
What didn't change
The report's definitions are unchanged for The Lash Lounge, and the existing single-system experience looks exactly the same until you select more than one system. The legacy systemwide-all draft report remains available for reference.
