Systemwide Data and Franchise Performance promoted to Corporate Beta

Systemwide Data and Franchise Performance now live exclusively in the Beta section of Corporate Reports. Systemwide (Legacy) remains in Draft Reports while a cross-system validation discrepancy is reviewed.

Where the reports live now

  • Systemwide Data is in Corporate Reports → Beta for corporate and admin users whose access includes The Lash Lounge.
  • Franchise Performance joins it in Corporate Beta, after a round of accuracy work. You'll see only the franchise systems your access covers.
  • Systemwide (Legacy) — the all-systems version, previously called Systemwide (All Systems) — stays in admin-only Draft Reports while a discrepancy in its cross-system numbers is worked through.
  • Franchisee Prospects now runs from one place only: Corporate Reports → Marketing. Its duplicate card in Draft Reports is gone.

What changed in the numbers

  • Comparisons line up with the dates you picked. Last year and last month now compare the same dates, not whole months. "Months in business" is counted through your selected end date.
  • Visits are counted more carefully at Zenoti salons. Several services booked together now count as one visit, and cancellations, no-shows and unfinished appointments are left out — so visit counts drop and average visit price rises for those salons.
  • Stylist-hour productivity uses hours actually worked, from the same daily staff figures the rest of the platform uses.
  • Member counts are cleaner. A client who shows as both active and suspended is counted once. True Terms counts real membership losses — a same-day tier swap or a transfer between locations is bookkeeping, not a cancellation.
  • Service Revenue has been removed. There was no reliable source for that column. Price Tier is still there, but blank, with a note saying why.

Blanks instead of zeros

The member columns — Total Members, Suspended, Future Member Appointments and Retention — read from a live membership list, so they only fill in when your date range reaches today. Run the report on a past range and those columns come back blank.

That's deliberate. A blank means "we can't tell you"; a zero would mean "the answer is none," and they shouldn't look the same. The banner above the results names exactly which columns came back blank and why.

No other Corporate Reports are affected.
