Service Sales now reads pre-tax, like every other sales figure

Every sales figure in salon360 is meant to be pre-tax. That's the published standard — it's how adjusted revenue is defined, and it's spelled out again in the cross-center reconciliation rules, which value a service at what the service was worth rather than inflating it with tax that belongs to the state.

One figure wasn't following it. Service Sales in the per-stylist production table was taking the amount a guest paid at face value, and at some salons that amount arrived with sales tax already baked in. The standard hasn't changed; the one figure that wasn't meeting it now does.

Systemwide Visits and Unique Visitors were over-counted for salons on Zenoti

On the corporate Systemwide report, Visits and Unique Visitors for salons on Zenoti (Frenchies, Bishops) were counting appointments that never should have counted — cancelled, no-showed, still just scheduled, or checked in but never completed — and separately counting each add-on service on an appointment as if it were its own visit. MBO salons were already correct, so the report disagreed with itself depending on which vendor a salon ran.

Complaint rate now counts visits that actually happened

The Complaint rate in Guest Feedback & Quality is complaints divided by visits. It used to divide by every booked appointment, including ones the guest missed or cancelled. A missed appointment can't produce a complaint, so those bookings were padding the bottom of the fraction and making rates look lower than they were.

It now divides by visits that actually happened — the same Visits figure shown for that stylist in Average Stylist Sales for the same dates.
